To kmhs82: I was having the same problem, but I looked at the Last Update info on the right side of this page, and I noticed that it was August 15, 2020. I installed the new version, and it fixed the problem. I didn’t receive an email about this update, as I have in the past.
Sent an email, but will post it here too – there is a loss of functionality after the latest WP 5.5 update. I’m unable to do much on the pages and the website! When is the update coming out?

elementor giving error message : :the content area was not found in your page” – please let me know where the issue is …. also – the import is not importing the homepage with slider – only main homepage … any ideas ? looking forward for your reply

Theme is duplicating content on every page except the home page. I don’t know why it’s doing this. It does it whether I use the default gutenberg builder, or elementor. I deactivated all plugins, the issue persists.
I changed to the default twenty twenty theme, and the issue went away.
I can’t submit a ticket because I didn’t make the purchase, I’m just a web developer hired to figure out why this is happening.
I just discovered the reason is you have <?php the_content(); ?> in there twice…

Sorry to hear of the issues you’re running into. It’s a strange one as I can’t replicate the issues you’re experiencing and it’s not something we’ve had reported before. All themes and updates on ThemeForest undergo a strict code quality check and it’s impossible to be approved with the issues you mention.
I would ask your client to re-download the theme and verify they have the most recent up to date files as it sounds like they may have been modified.

I just installed the theme (and have done it multiple times to see if it helps) but I am completely unable to edit the homepage. None of my edits actually show up and the layout isn’t like the demo at all. It doesn’t show any hero image and seems to just be stuck on one or two blocks. Seems to not be functioning correctly. I bought this because I thought it would be super easy to edit but there seems to be a malfunction on homepage. What do I do?

Hi, please don’t direct me to support as I have already tried this and either received no response or responses that do not resolve things. 1) Logo size – how can I make it bigger than the theme spec of 150×150? it looks too small 2) Elementor not working on homepage – I have tried your suggested fix. But can only view, not edit 3) (new question) does this theme support video and if so how can I use it on the homepage? Thanks.

Hi, While out theme is fully compatible with Elementor, unfortunately we are unable to provide any assurance for all the additional features of the Pro version. You’ll have to test them with the theme. Regards
if you get error 500 when importing demo data, it means you are probably missing php-xml module. install it
