I purchased this theme, does it require me to purchase slider revolution separately ?
Let me elaborate, when working with the demo content none of it displays correctly, so I end up doing things manually, speaking of which the demos have a very nice slider with half of it being the picture and the other half a neutral background that has text on it (the only reason I actually purchased this theme) So I’m neither enjoying the single feature I really wanted nor any other feature advertised. Can you please assist?
another thing is that I cannot edit or change any widgets, they appear locked

Yes I did, the resideo plugin is in, but none of the header options have the slider I actually want, so was this one done with slider revolution?
It’s not slider revolution. All the sliders that you see on demos are included with the theme.

Dear Resideo Support Team,
I have installed the theme and am trying to install the demo, but the demo pages do not get installed at all. After importing the demo and clicking on install demo #, the theme setting’s Admin Panel displays the message “All Done”, but the site does not show any demo content. I have followed the documentation accordingly, but the demo content does not get uploaded at all and displayed.
Please resolve the issue.

We just checked your website and try to import one of the demo xml files that come with the theme (Tools > Import).
The conclusion is that the server where your website is hosted doesn’t wait until the import is finished. Sometimes this happens when the server times out.
If you check the Site Health Status on the admin dashboard, you will also see this: “The settings for post_max_size and upload_max_filesize are not the same, this could cause some problems when trying to upload files.”
Please note that this issue is not theme/plugin related. It’s just a server setting.
Now, we can see two options: 1. Fix the setting with your host provider. 2. Add content manually by following the documentation.

Hi, I bought this theme a couple of days back and after unzipping the package, I see that it does not have a Child theme. The item details did not mention that this theme has no Child theme. Are you planning to add a Child theme in near future?

I was considering Resideo [WordPress theme] for one of my projects. It looks like a really nice theme, but it seems to be lacking quite a few things that are absolutely necessary in a Real Estate theme.
First of all, it does not have a Lead Generation Form, which is absolutely necessary in a Real Estate theme and it is normally given on the Home page of every Real Estate theme.
Secondly, it does not seem to have an IDX/MLS or an option to install it.
Having said that, are you guys considering adding the above two options to your theme? If yes, how soon? Or is there anyway I can add those on my own.
I will be able to make a decision instantly if the above two solutions would be added to your theme. In fact, the above two features will definitely boost the sale of your theme.

I need help. I installed the theme but the error is “Missing Pages In order for the theme to function properly, it requires a list of pages having the following templates:
Account Settings, My Leads, My Properties, Property Search, Saved Searches, Submit Property, Wish List
All the pages from the list are included in the theme demos. If you choose to import a demo, ignore this warning. ” I did not install the demo

Thank you for purchasing the theme, the message that you see is not an error. If you don’t want to import one of the demos, you just need to create the pages mentioned in the message manually by going to Pages > Add New and choose the templates for each page. That’s it, it’s very simple. Please let me know if you have any other question or issue.
