I would like to know what additional purchases are needed to have FULL 100% (percent) control over all aspects of this theme??? Do I have to purchase anything separate to have FULL editing, and not just the basic theme features???
The reason I ask these questions is because in the past I have purchased themes that claimed their theme is 100% (percent) fully customizable, and after purchasing and then working with the theme, features to have full control and customizability could only be done by purchasing further plugins or editing programs or licensing such as Elementor, or WPBakery, or Slider Revolution…

All the images on the demo are copyrighted to their respective owners and used for demonstration purposes only. We do not package them with the theme. However, we include their blurred/watermarked versions in the demo data import. Unfortunately, there is no such feature in the theme. You may need Whmcs bridge/ Whmpress plugins for that.
The theme was not tested with such plugins, so there is a chance you may need additional customization for full compliance with a theme.

We messaged you two times several weeks ago on the menu options. Can you please let us know if we can use the super fly menu without any header issues on this theme. Because the menu on this theme doesn’t look good. Overall the theme is great! We are looking for a faster menu with a mega menu option.

You’ve misunderstood me. Support renewal is not required to get plugin updates.
We have created plugin that allows updating plugins that come bundled with theme.
You can get this plugin, but please submit a ticket. If your support expired, use ‘Pre-sales’ category – since it allows submitting requests without purchase code verification.
https://prnt.sc/qkdkty Best regardsthis is the most confusing theme i ever saw. they say everything can be done with wkbakery, while the demo content is made with visual composer which is not included. because of that creating service page wont work, you wil get an page without a layout, no header, menu or anything. documentation is very poor and overall experience is bad. a template should make things easier not more difficult. another bad thing is the lack of support for the WHMCS plugin…i mean its a template for hosting that should be the minimum you support, but no it feels like a big rip-off, way to complicated and poorly build.
if you use the demo content, things get more confusing, they have nice pages everywhere, but its impossible to replicate it without getting the paid visual composer plugin which is not mentioned anywhere.
i expected more from it, but its a big disappointment all the way

Actually WPBakery Page Builder is alternative name for Visual Composer plugin and this plugin is included in theme package.
Header is implemented using layout feature: http://unlimhost.ancorathemes.com/doc/#layouts
So when you create new page – header, footer are automatically displaying for this page.
If you would like to get a precise copy of our demo, all recommended plugins should be installed. Demo pages are built with WPBakery Page Builder and should be edited with this plugin only and this info is specified in our documentation:
