1) Can I mix any of the elements of the “18+ Ready to use pre-built webstores” to create my own style?

2) I’m not very fan on the product listing of showing that much elements (sizing, colors, add to cart button, compare, wish-list, quick-view, name, reviews and price) I think it feels a little bit to much (more on mobile). It even looks a little messy if you have products with different length name, different amount of sizes.. my questions is: can I choose what to show and what not to show? On desktop and mobile?
