I have pre-sales question:

1) Let’s say I have 3 pricing plans Premium, Standard and Free. When displaying listings can I display all Premium listings in a category first, followed by all Standard and then all Free listings.

2) If I bulk import 10,000 listings as an admin, by default I think the directory admin receives the leads sent to all the listings. But the Emails should go to their respective companies not the admin. How is the lead-form of each listing configured so that the owner receives the email not the admin weather the business is claimed or not?

I would like to import my clients from a .csv file with the ” WP All Import – WP Job Manager Add-On” and I got some trouble to import the Location Adress of the Clients. If I put the Street and City into the fields and import the client it doesn’t save the import. Could somebody help me?

1 – can i make it list events and jobs and venues and services?

2 – can i allow users to post events and jobs and venues and services?

3 – can it relate posts to users? ie – can it relate service to a user? – can it relate job to a user? – can it relate an event to user?

4 – can it be set up so people can book a user?

5 – can it be set up so people can book an event or buy tickets ?

Hello, I’m hoping to get a better answer on here as once again, support did not understand my question and gave a very brief and lazy response.

Here was the question on my ticket.

“Hello,

WooCommerce subscriptions is slowing down my website to the point of unusable. Is your theme compatible with any other kind of Subscription plugin?

My website loading is 4-5 seconds with Woo Subscriptions activated and less than a second deactivated.”

The answer I received was

” If I do not want to use WooCommerce Subscriptions just delete it, it’s not a plugin of the theme”

As you can see, this is a very poor and lazy response. :cry::cry:

You have stated in many comments on this public section that your theme supports WooCommerce Subscriptions, so it’s logical to assume you understand possible conflicts.

It’s also a valid question asking if you support any other subscription plug ins since the one you support is slowing down the theme.

It’s been a very frustrating 6 months working with your support.

I am looking for a theme to create a restaurant directory theme. I would like to know if you theme supports the following features.

1. Bulk import restaurants from a csv file ( I will use wpallimport probably) with working map for the listings. 2. Role member selector for repyling to a review. Basically I want only one person to be able to reply (the owner of the listing) 3. Have a page with all the reviews, and a feature to sort them by popularity, best reviews, more voted etc.

Can you check if these things can be done:

1 – Freelancer sells own service

2 – Registered users (logged-in Employer) choose freelancer

3a- First option: Employer pays directly Freelancer without use site and without leave fee to site (all managed directly)

3b- Second option: Employer contact Freelancer and they choose how to manage service

4 – Employer needs to pay a subscription for access to site and view employers…. subcription is managed by site with plan automatic renew managed (not done manually)

Please explain me what of these points can be managed.

I’m interested in this theme but I need to know if can manage what I need. Freelancer create own works (service that freelancer wants to sell). Logged-in users can show freelancers and choose. Is it possibile? Do you manage also hiring/payment process? How does it works this process…. I mean how to choose and pay Freelancers and is possible to give directly money to freelancer without keep on platform before? Thanks

We would like to know if theme system supports commission fees upon online bookings, of each listing type/category. And how is that working: e.x. we get all the money giving next the amount to our listing clients or the system split the commission and charge it while it gives the rest to listing clients. Also does it support the previous ones with third party, local bank, plugins for charges with that way?

Pre Sale Questions:

1. Can we use custom fields to the listing forms? I have listings with categories and each category listing form has different fields related to the category

2. Restrictions: I have plans with level. These paid subscribers will see other users lists, but certain features will be hidden to the user who have paid for a lower plan. So the restrictions are based on VIEWING USERS not Listing Author plan

3. Plans needs to have expiry and Listings also expiry. This will depend on the plan selected

4. Free plan needs to auto assign to the user as soon as they register

5. Can we have an option upload document feature as well? this needs to show in frontend according to the user plan. if not, can we Custom coding for file upload, is that compatible with your theme? is it set in a user friendly way. Or use a third party plugin with shortcode option?

6. Chat with the author?

7. I want to see how the backend form builder if possible just to get and idea if this is what we are looking for, also so to see how the restrictions are set

Carrousel listing is not working in the last version

Hello I have a few questions before I decide to buy. I will briefly describe what I intend to do: My project is a rental portal for vacation homes, hotels, tours etc. It is located in a special niche and should address a certain target group of travelers. I represent the interface between landlord and tenant (similar to Airbnb or booking etc). On my platform landlords should be able to register for free and for a fee (memberships) and to post their offers. Now I do not want to demand a service fee from the landlord. I would like the guests to be able to make a reservation or booking and, depending on the booking conditions of the landlord, to pay a deposit (which will go to me in trust and will only be paid to the host in a later process). If possible, the guest should pay the balance of the booking at the hotel / accommodation.

So my my questions are:

1. is it possible to present your theme?

2. which additional plugins would be necessary (e.g. woocommerce Memberships …) or is a corresponding membership procedure included?

3. is your theme GDPR – capable / compatible?

4. do you support ical and if so is ical implemented or do I need a separate plugin?

5. When a Guest or Host registers, can they go through the appropriate verification process (upload ID, passport)? if so, can they be declared as verified after the process is complete?

6. Does a registering user receive an activation link or activation code by email before he / she can access his / her profile?

7. Can I install a purchased license on a localhost environment for testing?

8. Possible to update the search results based on map movement?

9. Is there a way to set the maxZoom for a map to cover up the exact address before a customer books?
