Hello,

first of all thanks for the theme. I’m using it on my third project now.

I’m having an issue with the flipbox on mobile devices. When tapping the front, it flips back without any issue. When tapping the back however, it does not flip over again.

How can I resolve this issue? What code do I need to modify? Thanks

Hi! I recently installed and activated Ave on a subdomain of my website. Unfortunately, I intended to install it on the root level domain, and when I realized my mistake, I removed Ave and tried to reinstall it at the root level, which I now can’t activate because of the license. I submitted a ticket (#7034) to your system but haven’t heard back. Is there a way to re-provision my license for the correct single install? Thank you.

A bug notification: When updating to latest version of AVE and Wordpress, you cannot add new Custom Fonts through the theme options. Seems to be a Javascript error.

Any ideas when the update will be released?

Are there any options to chose whether to hard or soft crop blog thumbnails or thumbnails in general?

We regularly release updates to fix the bugs and make improvements. Please stay tuned.

Blog thumbnails use srcset in the code so you need to customize the theme to crop the images.

On your Retail template (https://retail.liquid-themes.com/) that I use actually in development, there is a page for blog (with all the blog posts) who seems not correctly configured. Blog posts doesn’t appear, just the title of the page.

Also on your exemple : https://retail.liquid-themes.com/blog/

The wordpress/Liquid element “blog” into this page is maybe not fully configured. Would you take a look how it’s possible to have this page with blog posts ?

I’m developing on a local server and it seems like visual composer is breaking the theme. Once I upload VC the system breaks and when I delete the file it returns. I tried VC with other themes and it worked fine.

I’m having a few issues with the Multiconcept theme.

1. When the row background is set to a YouTube video, the scroll desktop (Mac, haven’t checked PC) will not work on that row. The only way to move off of that row is to use the navigation arrows or the tab markers on the side.

2. Button links don’t work on mobile (iPadOS and Android). I can get “Modal Window” and “Lightbox” links to work, but the others won’t do anything. Everything works fine on (Mac, haven’t checked PC).

Please advise on a fix.

It’s a shame that I’m required to spend additional money for support on issues that are broken… I’ve provided support with my purchase information to renew support to resolve these issues that are broken on your theme. Still waiting for a response.

Still awaiting a fix, I’ve also found another issue that I included in my email reply.

hi team, i notice there’s a bug/issue with affiliate products. The “buy on amazon, etc” link works on product list page (it would link to the external site), but on single product detail page, clicking “buy on amazon” would say add to cart, but nothing appears in cart and would not open an external link.

1. Lifetime license & updates and support for 6 months. https://prnt.sc/u3ioxt

1.1. Lifetime license & update means, for updating theme code every year $39 does not have to be paid.

1.2. For support $13.13 has to be paid yearly after 6 months support is expired?

1.3. If I don’t extend support to 12 months while making the purchase that is ’$5.63’ but I plan on extending the support after say 5 months of the purchase then what charge has to be paid?

2. Which page builder is being used?

Hello, I updated your plugin to version 2.6 & Wordpress to version 5.5, and I’m facing problems with the “blog” posts. I use “Blog” (“Split” style, for example) and the date of the post is now gone (previously it displayed the date text under the post’s title). It’s same on other blog’s styles, like “Classic Meta” etc. Also, when I enter the post itself (defined as “Cover”), the date under the title is also gone (but the text “Published on” is still displays).
