1. Yes, WooCommerce will automatically detect the location in checkout page.
2. You can set variable products and set your values like 0.5kg, 1kg, 2kg etc, then easily customer can buy selecting that from dropdown, there is a option to setup variable products in admin panel.
3. Currently this option is not available but you can use a plugin for it and can easily setup delivery options.

Your theme (Naturix) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:
Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.

How to update the Naturix theme without losing the personalized content on the site?
If you have not changed any files/code thn you can update files with no issues. Any content changes which you made in admin panel > pages or post area, they will remain as it is.
