Thanks that worked. I have another question, can you call me the name of the static block placed right of the horizontal menu. The import Static blocks feature does not work, so I cannot check the static block my self. Or do you have a demo with admin access i can check ?

we don’t support to config it as it is not a part of the theme, it is default feature of Magento2

I sent a number of tickets, with a number of issues with only some of the issues being looked into. Also, when you say “resolved”, you mean telling me that you can only see the reviews if you select the reviews rating stars, instead of selecting the obvious reviews tab dropdown. Hi there, I purchased the theme, but when I’m trying to extract with WinZip i get a message saying “the following invalid folder name was encountered in the archive” and it doesn’t download these folders. Do you know any workaround around it? thank you Svetlana

So far, we have not gotten any issue similar but maybe your download is not completely, it is cause you can’t extract it, please try to download the package again and make sure it is downloaded completely
