I purchased the theme recently. Installed and tried importing the demo. It imported the demo but when I check the website its not loading the pages properly. There seems to be an issue with the importer.
I have raised a support ticket #65044 but no response so far on that.
I hope I have not made a mistake purchasing this theme. I really need to get the website up and running by today end.

Is there any possible way to use this theme without elementor pro? I just want to use almost the same design as the demo. what will happen if I do not have elementor pro, and how does the website looks like?

This theme is now broken. Having purchased it when at V1 I was able to install and set up a demonstration for a client. Everything worked and I was able to edit the site and started customising it. I now have to reinstall it and find that I MUST purchase Elementor Pro for an additional subscription before I can even set up a test site. I have tried reinstalling V1 on a fresh installation but it is still broken, giving error messages about the vamtam-elementor-utils. I will raise this with the support be be warned, the theme is not working unless you also purchase Elementor Pro for a minimum of $49/year.

I have raised a ticket but, purchasing Elementor Pro was not a requirement when I purchased the template. I now cannot use it unless I pay for a subscription to Elementor Pro. Had I known this would be required I would not have bought the template. I need to set up a website to demonstrate this to a client but now I can’t without the subscription.

Thank you for your interest in our themes! We haven’t tested any particular, hence we can’t recommend. Most of the third party plugins work out of the box. The only problem with them is that if you run into a problem, there is not much we can do to help as we won’t be familiar with those plugin.

Hi! I love the design and have some presale questions:
1) Are all pages in the theme editable with Elementor? I had experienced other theme claiming they are compatible with Elementor but turned out half the pages are with WP bakery builder.
2) I am familiar with Elementor but I did not subscribe Pro. So far I find that the free version is quite enough for my usage. Will there be any issue or crash with your theme if I don’t have Elementor pro? if so, let me know which pages wouldn’t work or I should not purchase this theme at all?

1. All pages are editable with Elementor. 2. You can’t use the theme without Elementor Pro. We utilize the Elementor Pro themer so basically Footer Header and all templates are based on the Pro version.

Hi there! We’re planning to use your theme, it looks great. However, I have some presales questions. - I don’t see Google Fonts in your features list. Can we easily change to other Google Fonts than the ones used? - We’re not keen to purchase Elementor Pro because of the monthly subscription. Will the Header Builder work if we don’t? We need a background colour for the menu, among other things. - Will we be able to NOT show specific elements on small screens using Elementor? Thanks in advance, Caroline

1. Google fonts are available 2. Pro version is required as the theme is built with it. Only the GPL part is included. Our advice always has been to buy a licence and support the plugin developer. It is relatively inexpensive compare to what it offers.
