Hello, in the theme Documentation (https://support.crumina.net/help-center/articles/1/7/27/contact-form-builder) it shows a Form Builder that it’s not on the theme files, unless I’m missing something.
The Polo form is very simple and does not allow further customization, for instance, the Thanking Message field does not allow html code or any kind of styling. In its default form, after submitting the form it shows just a simple line of text on the page of the same font color, size and type that the rest of the page, so it goes unnoticed for website visitors.
How can I install the feature shown in your documentation?

Please, pay attention that you referred to the documentation of our other theme Utouch. Unfortunately, this contact form builder is not compatible with the Polo theme.
We’d rather recommend you to use an additional plugin for contact form building, such as Contact Form 7 (https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/) or any other, which allows you to edit your contact forms according to your needs.

I got to the article by clicking on the link that comes with Polo, the one that says Online Documentation, so I assumed that everything there was about the Polo theme. If I look into the article, I see that it belongs to your other theme Utouch, but it takes a while to find out. Sorry about the confusion and thanks for the suggestion, I decided for Quform, it makes it faster to build a nice form than with Conctat7.

I’m writing ‘here’ so others can see the poor support, the ticket was raised 4 days ago and it’s still not been resolved. It was promised to be fixed yesterday and it wasn’t. Frankly speaking, it’s important potential buyers in this community can see there’s a problem with the demo import before purchasing and potentially wasting 4 days of development time like myself.

Pre-sales question:
My client’s website will cover various businesses within a group. I plan to use a landing page with a carousel of some sort which will allow visitors to select the section/business they want.
Each of the businesses will preferably have its own colour scheme, fonts, and possibly variations in the footer.
Do you have any suggestions for how to use different headers, footers and H-tags with different fonts? Hope I don’t need a sub-domain for each, because they will only be a few pages each.

You’re right, it’s better to have a look at the available theme options on the theme documentation, which you already found.
You can install several demo data on your site simultaneously. We recommend using and customizing the child theme from the very beginning because it guarantees safe theme updates. If you buy the theme and import demo data, it will get mixed with your older content. The main page builder in Polo is Visual Composer (currently named as WP Bakery Page Builder). If your old website used that builder too, your old pages will be displayed fine.
But we always recommend to install themes on clean WordPress installations to avoid mixing content, its replacement, or conflicts with the already installed plugins, that could also happen.

We always recommend to install the theme on a clean WordPress installation because of the above-mentioned reasons. It is not necessary that you will get incompatibility issues if you install the theme on the existing site. But we have to warn users of such possibility.
In any case, if you have content, like menus, pages, posts etc, and if you will import the Polo demo data above it, they will definitely mix up, and you will have to edit your menus. Also if the IDs of your old pages will be the same as the IDs of the Polo pages, the Polo pages won’t be imported, and so on and so forth.
There are no specific instructions for switching themes. You just install the theme and activate it, as you usually do. You install the theme required plugins and you check if nothing is broken.
After that, you can try to import demo data if you want. The theme installation instructions are available by this link https://support.crumina.net/help-center/articles/28/29/84/theme-installation
Nevertheless, I’d recommend you to install the theme on a clean WordPress installation and then import your old content on it via the standard WordPress Importer. That would be a better solution.

You can make header type transparent under Theme options > Header options > Header options https://prnt.sc/rly0gv. Also, you can adjust sticky header on every separate page via page editor in the “Page options” tab > Header options https://prnt.sc/rly4pw.
So, if you want to set the transparent header for all pages, please, make sure that the header style of other pages is set by default.

Hi again, I just want to ask, I try to change “Custom portfolio slug” in theme option, from default (portfolio-page) to what I decision “the-portfolio” but after I change it, the porfolio detail page become 404 not found, any idea?

After you have changed the portfolio slug, you must open the portfolio projects from the global portfolio page. If you stay on the portfolio project item and just refresh the page, the slug won’t change in the URL automatically.
Please, also pay attention, that the custom slug must be unique. It means it must occur only once on your website, and none of the other post types are allowed to be called by the same. Otherwise, the custom slug option won’t work properly.

1. According to the Envato Bundled Plugins policy, plugins that come bundled with the theme don’t come with their own licenses. If you buy a theme, you get bundled plugins as a free gift. But you are not considered a direct buyer of the bundled plugins. Updates of the bundled plugins are provided together with theme updates. If you need an update of the WPBakery Page Builder right now, you can delete the installed version from the Plugins section and install it again from the Appearance>Install Plugins.
2. We just tried import “creative v5” demo data on our dev site and it worked perfectly http://prntscr.com/r7v38c Probably something went wrong on your server end while importing demo data. Try to restart import.

It comes in the theme package inside the “Plugins(for manual installation)” folder http://prntscr.com/r7ys5r And it is being installed together with the theme as a mandatory plugin from our server.
I just installed clean wordpress, on a completely different server. Next, install the theme according to the documentation the theme of “polo.zip” from the folder “THEME IN THAT FOLDER !”. Here is a list of all plugins – https://prnt.sc/r7zabe. And there is no visual composer, but only WPBakery Page Builder. Although you write that it is included with the theme.. WP Bakery Page Builder is Visual Composer. The plugin author renamed it long after we had created a promo of Polo. Thanks for the notice! We will update our promo. I’m using Polo with Magazine v3. I have a few problems.
1) When I duplicate a Polo Post List element, and modify the query, changes are saved but the query isn’t modified, it keeps bringing the same posts.

Hello there my client has your theme on their website they are modifying on a devsite. I cannot get the mobile dropdown menu to work properly, it drops down but when you click the arrow to make the dropdown go back up, it actually loads the page. The menu is developed so, that on the first click there opens a submenu and on the second one – the actual link.
If you want to make the submenu close on the second click, you should add a #-link to the parent menu item instead of the real link.

I just wanted to say that I am using Polo theme for one of the largest restaurants in The Netherlands which has over 800 seats and is really huge, so if someone thinks about it, Polo theme is really one of the best themes here.
