Hi @stmcan Update to Ver 2.2. worked with one issue. LayerSlider plugin didn#t update. There is the message, that package is not available. But it is include in rt-frameworke file from where rt-plugin and revolution slider did update. LayerSlider reports it is no longer part of envarto. What can I do? There is no new version available for the plugin. The version 6.9.2 should be found to install inside Appearance / Install Plugins. Or, you can find the zip file inside /rttheme18/rt-framework/plugins/packages/layerslider.zip

Hi stmcan. Thanks for feedback. Manually updating the layerslider (copy & paste new version from the zip-file into the plugin path of layerslider in the wordpress installation) worked fine for me.

Please update your theme to version 2.2+. You can simply follow;
1- Update the theme by using Envato Market Plugin http://docs.rtthemes.com/document/updating-the-theme-envato-theme-updater or use FTP to update manually.
2- Update the bundled plugins via Appearance / Install Plugins.
3- If you are upgrading from version 1+; Install & Activate the new RT-Theme 18 Extensions plugin via Appearance / Install Plugins. This step is very important, you need this plugin to use Template Builder and theme options, etc.

In both cases, the website is completely upset because the templates created with “Template Builder” no longer exist, moreover, in the WordPress backend menu, the “RT-THEME 18” menu item disappears and therefore none is available theme modification option (General Options, Template Builder, Styling Options, Header Options, etc ..). I searched for RT-Theme 18 Extensions Plugin, but I couldn’t find it. If you have version 2.2 it should be ok. There might be another conflicting plugin with WordPress 5.5. You can try installing this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/

Hi there, we do not need support but just a friendly note that you know that after the update, your RT18 extension will break the pages designed in Thrive Architect- There are many issues with the way you enqueue the jquery in your plugins. You might want to look into it.

I have three questions.
1. How to put images in the text part of the portfolio, (example, portfolio on a client, and put in the presentation text an image to illustrate a range of products)? I see that I can put layerslider but it doesn’t suit me.
2. On a product page, how to put in the description, a tab for delivery for example? Basic there is a tab for the description, one for additional information and a third one for reviews.
3. For the drop-down menus (in the top bar) how to have, as on your demo with the “features” tab, the category in large and the sub-categories with lines separating them?

Hello! You’re template look great. I have two questions:
1. How is the speed of the site with Pagespeed Insights / GTmetrix? When testing the preview demo here on Themeforest the result is not too good, but that could be a server / other thing that has nothing to do with the template.
2. In the last post you wrote you will update the template in a couple of days. Is that update available?

After the Update to theme version 2.0.2 the translation files don’t work anymore. I followed the instructions on https://support-rt.com/forums/topic/translating-themes-by-using-po-files/ but the theme don’t get the translations. Where do I have to put the translated files?

Hi there. Odd problem. I’ve just migrated the site from it’s staging host to the public platform. Everything looks perfect except…the Portfolio pages throw a 404 error.
Everything is set exactly as per the staging site. The Portfolio settings in the theme options look ok (same as the staging site). A new “test” portfolio entry also throws a 404 error. I’ve created the portfolio pages and they look ok but clicking the link either on the backened editor or via the website itself does the same thing: 404 Page Not Found.
Once I’m on the 404 page, I can do a search for the various projects and they appear as a line of links with the short intro. But click on any of them and…404!

That’s fixed it. How odd considering that when I migrated the site over, I saved Permalinks TWICE as per the recommendation of all-in-one-migration.
