Hi, when i purchase a product and then i go to admin panel, i can’t see the order over there, also, why only admin panel login is working meanwhile the customer login isn’t working?

Purchasing this theme was a unhappy experience. Right after purchasing this, we had to purchase another theme as the backend here was not working. Despite raising multiple tickets, we never heard back from the team. Have asked for refund.

Thanks for the email! The item is totally dynamic including backend admin panel and DB. It also contains detailed documentation to handle edit, update, etc.
WE have raised 3 tickets and have only had 1 reply from you. We would either want a refund or have the backend working as you guys mention.
Guys we still do not undestand – why would you say firebase auth and all when half of the features don’t work and are client side only. Do you need us to make extra payment to share the code file and enable the backend?
Hi Guys – why doesn’t the customer login feature work? If it is listed in the demo then why is it not functional? This is very very wrong. Are you guys still coding it – should you not mention it? Please share the code file for it because the very point of buying this template was to speed up launch. And the most sensitive thing in ANY product ever made is the “CUSTOMER” part of it! It is unbelievable that you’d put your clients who buy theme at the risk of customer backlash. Will wait to hear back or will get refund.

Guys we purchased this theme because it said firebase auth in specs. For the multiple tickets raised – we have only rcvd a reply on how demo Registration & Login Using React-Redux & JS Cookies & it’s only client-side not server-side.
Intention – We are a startup, that spent money and purchased something to speed going live. Now a key function doesn’t work and we are just receiving statements on how it works – not what is the fix, how do you intend to make it work.? Also without waiting for reply part – after purchasing we are now in a circle fo raising tickets and few hours wait and receiving 1 line replies that don’t help.

no errors. I am just trying to understand how to update quantity in cart. As right now it just acts on subtotal and does’t update quantity in cart.

I have purchased “https://livani-react.envytheme.com/” after that when published the theme in production version (npm run build and npm run start) in .next the styles broken. That means bootstrap default styles overrides the theme styles like ‘a’ link, container, etc…i need to resolve this quickly so that it will not affect my business

I have seen from the given URL. The issue is here that it is not given priority to custom CSS but the Bootstrap CSS, it’s called Inconsistent loading order of CSS modules.
You can check the below URL: https://github.com/vercel/next.js/issues/10148The solution might be, to open the bootstrap.min.css file from the project & mark all, then copy the CSS code, open the style.css & top of that style.css file paste the copied code, then save & close the file.
Now open the _app.js file from the pages folder & remove that “import ’../public/static/scss/bootstrap.min.css’” then save & close the file.

Hi! I just had time to analyze your template, and I discovered many bugs.
1. single product gallery slider has 1 image and it clones up the unique photo I uploaded through your panel. 2. sizes don’t work. 3. tabs of various descriptions, where they are filled up in the panel? 4. sidebar cart: the buttons don’t have links. 5. gallery products: filters are fake. 6. categories page: product single preview modal: view full info with no link at all. 7. the search button doesn’t work properly. 8. languages catch out errors.. 9. wishlist doesn’t work. 10. my account is absent 11. compare doesn’t work.
