Hi question; I really like the look of this theme, but the menu seems horrible, have the issues been fixed and just not uploaded to the demo?
For example clicking on the shortcodes in the menu is virtually impossible;

Hello, long time customer here (2017) and never had this problem before: I’m using mostly the ‘Gallery Flow’ template and the left (<) and right (> ) buttons disappear on mobile browsers like Safari or Duck Duck Go (no problem with Chrome on a PC for example). The buttons show up very briefly then disappear while the image expand over a white background (my background setting is set to black). I don’t want to purchase support to get this bug fixed…

From the wordpress dashboard, I selected “Galleries”, then at the bottom of the page, in the “Gallery Images” section, there is a “Upload image” button. I used that feature and selected images from the tab “Media library”. Please note that when I added the images (last time was in 2022), there was no issue with the “Gallery Flow” template. This issue has appeared AFTER the image were added and initially there was no issue.

For most of the portfolio pages, the gallery thumbs are added with: [tg_thumb_gallery gallery_id=”2215” width=”127” height=”127”] Is this what you are asking ?

Hey. I recently purchased your theme, installed it and it works for the most part, but certain areas don’t work. certain gallery templates like the fullscreen, Kenburns and flow, like this page “https://themes.themegoods.com/stellar/demo1/galleries/gallery-fullscreen/” the images don’t load up. I just see a rotating loading animation sometimes.
Also, on portfolio pages like this “https://themes.themegoods.com/stellar/demo1/portfolios/commercial-shooting/” the slider from shortcode seems to be working but grid from shortcode doesn’t.
I’m not sure if some stylesheets or scripts weren’t properly installedbut even some options from the theme setting dont seem to work. For instance the footer font size, maybe other settings, I haven’t been through them all.
Any solutions?

Also, in this same portfolio, I see no examples of VERTICAL images – only horizontal. How are horizontal images handled? Do I need to spend the time to ass blank space to the left and right so they show up properly, or will they be zoomed-in on?

1. You can disable fullscreen gallery image cropping option in theme setting.
2. You can use a plugin to crop part of images you want or change portfolio image for that.
Hello, anyone else got problems with the blog views if the galery-plugin “Photonic Gallery & Lightbox”. The Blogpost itself display normal, only overviews like categories display only a empty page. If i switch themes there are displayed well.

I just bought the stellar theme for my photography. Installed the them ok. BUT then when I make a gallery I got problems. The fullscreen and ken burns galleries are not working. Just shows a blank screen / black screen and no images are loading.
Vertical, horizontal etc. (all other galleries) work just fine. (also sumbitted ticket)
Tested the theme on another site, with and older wp version. Everything worked, but when updated to the latest stable, wordpress 5.5.1, the fullscreen gallery and kenburns gallery stops working. Please fix or if you can’t fix it for wordpress 5, then a refund.
Downgraded to 5.4.2 and it works. But it still needs to be fixed for 5.5.1 and possible future updates. Thank you.

I’m very happy with your theme. But now after more than a year the theme isn’t showing the photos anymore in the gallery with Kenburns or Fullscreen template. If I change the gallery to grid template it’s showing the photos. I already deactivated all the plugins to see if there’s a problem but that’s not solving anything. What happened here?

You are using old version of theme which causes this issue. Please update to the latest version of theme v2.6 and clear all cache settings. It should fixes the issue.

thanks for the answer. I updated now the theme version and cleared all the cache settings. The problem is still there. I now installed on the server another Wordpress page with the theme and there the gallery is working – until I import the theme settings from the original page. As I can’t even remember changing anything there since the last time it worked is there anything in the settings that won’t let the Fullscreen/Kenburn Gallery show the pictures?

Now it’s not even on a new wordpress page working anymore without theme settings. Seems it was working only on the first new test page for a few minutes. Every new installation now right away doesn’t show any pictures.
Downgraded now to Wordpress 5.4 and now the pictures are showing up again. So there has to be a compatibility problem with Wordpress 5.5.1. Could you answer here when there is an update by the theme for that issue?
The last version where it’s working is 5.4.2

Ok…the first time where I tried to update the theme I activated another theme, renamed Stellar to Stellar2 so I can install the new version and after that deleted the old Stellar2. In the backend it showed me v2.7 is activated. Seems something didn’t went right. Now I tried it again and put the new version with FTP in the theme folder by overwriting the old one. Updated Wordpress again to 5.5.1 and cleared all the cache settings. It’s showing now also in the CSS it’s version 2.7 of the theme but now the gallery again doesn’t show the pictures.
Please make sure you clear cache in theme setting > advanced.
Yes under theme settings > script…there at the bottom I cleared the cache an it says “Successfully cleared. Click here to clear cache files again” Also in the browser I cleared the cache. And as I said I installed another Wordpress page on the webspace with version 5.4 and directly installed the new version of the theme 2.7…after that made up a Kenburn gallery with two pictures and everything works fine…until I update to Wordpress 5.5.1…then also there I have the same problem as on my original website. I even testet it on another webspace at all-inkl.com now but there I have the same problem. Is your demo working on wordpress 5.5.1?
I’m sorry if I’m getting on your nerves with my problem. But I sent a customer already the link to the gallery with their photos and at the moment where I’m trying to find a solution it’s not working. If if did something wrong and it’s not a bug in the theme I will of course renew the support afterwards, so you didn’t help me for free. If it’s a bug I hope I can help you to find it.

HI there, I upgraded to Stellar version 2.7 today (by following the recommended process: deactivate theme, upload zip, reactivate); somehow the web site is not working anymore: all the images (that are in the upload or theme folders) don’t show up anymore. The htaccess file seems to be ok; wordpress is updated; php as well; plugin are deactivated … I’m at loss to find a fix; Would you know how to fix this ? Thank you

I’ve done that. Actually the logo worked for a long time. Then all of a sudden one day I noticed it was gone. I’ve deactivated all of my plug ins one by one and it’s not that either.

Hi there! I updated my Wordpress today and to the most recent theme. I was just making a blog post on my site and when I go to create a link in the box…. for example…. I said click HERE. (and wanted it to direct to a past blog post) it gives me this error: This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed.
Thus making it impossible for me to do a link. Just wanted to follow up and see if it’s somehow a Wordpress compatibility error or an error as you just sent out a new update.
