I bought the theme and made the first customizations, after that the theme had some bugs that I wanted to solve with support and I have 2 weeks waiting for a response and they have not helped me at all, I have not been able to launch my page with this theme because it has errors that creators have not helped me to solve, so far I have worked with other creators and everything has gone well, but with these the support is really bad.

Hi there, I’ve recently purchased the Theno theme, however when trying to upload it to Shopify, I get an error message saying: ‘Zip does not contain a valid theme: missing template “layout/theme.liquid”’
Why is this and how can we fix it? We bought the theme because it can be used on Shopify so would like to get it working ASAP

This file which you used are wrong. In this package include: guides, licensing, samples data and source. You need choose one of all options which you want in SOURCE folder and set up for your website!

One more question: In the product detail section you can add in Section Service Box, FAQ Blocks and Sidebar Product. However, when we do add these in nothing appears on the site, how can we fix this? Cheers in advance!

Hi mate,
You only need to upload the .zip file to the Homepage you want. It is exactly like our demo.
Not more than 1 minute. Very fast!
Then you need to upload the images (product, slideshow, banner, logo …) you want. And that’s it!

After reading the documentation of this theme I understood that the required ‘Apps’ were all free. However, this is not the case as in the ‘MetaFields’ app is not free at all https://apps.shopify.com/metafields-editor . I purchased this theme on the basis that all the required apps were free. It is not feasible for me to use this theme with paid apps. Please may you consider a refund since this is false advertising.
