I am sorry but that’s not possible without custom coding, but it is not that hard:
Copy wp-content/themes/townpress/template-parts/lsvr_document/attachments.php file to your child theme under template-parts/lsvr_document (you will have to create those folders there). Then open the copied file and remove line 26. That will make it work for the document post archive and detail pages.
For widgets, copy the wp-content/plugins/lsvr-documents/templates/widgets/document-attachments.php and document-featured.php files into your child theme under lsvr-documents/templates/widgets folder (you will have to create those folders there). Then open the copied document-attachments.php and remove line 24, then open copied document-featured.php file and remove the line 59.
If it is too much for you then please please hire a freelancer, for example at studio.envato.com

it seems that you are using very outdated version of the theme, please note that version 1.x is no longer being supported. Please read this.
You should load your latest backup before you encountered this issue and shouldn’t update to the latest version of WP before you update the theme to its latest version first.

ad weather widget picture: please be more descriptive about the issue.
ad Google API: make sure your Google API settings are properly configured in your Google account. You can check out your browser’s console for any potential API errors. Alternatively, you can use a different map provider.

Are you able to upload images under admin / Media? Are you able to select gallery images for Listing or Gallery posts?
I can add media to the library under admin but I can’t for the weather background the button change image is not working
But does it work for galleries in listing or gallery posts? Anyway, first make sure you are running the latest version of WordPress (5.5) and latest version of the theme (3.4.1). Then try to deactivate all 3rd party plugins (all non-LSVR ones). If it won’t change anything then please send me your admin credentials via PM and I will take a look at it.
