Not sure what is happening with the theme, but every time I go to one of the menu item I am getting a black screen. If I open the link in a new tab then the link is working. The website URL is: https://aghrealtygroup.com/
I use: Real PlacesVersion: 1.2.2 If I add the new theme that I think is version 1.8.4 then the website looks different and it has the same issue.
I know is the theme because I disable all the plugins and with no help. Once I changed the theme I was able to load the website. 1) What I have to do to have the website loading correctly? 2) How do I update to the newest version of the theme without destroying the layout. 3) Do I need to change the child theme? I use Real Places ChildVersion: 1.2.0.

Your mentioned issue is related to jQuery’s upgrade in WordPress 5.6 and we have resolved this in RealPlaces 1.8.6 update.
So, Use 1.8.6 instead 18.4 and make sure to update related plugins afterwards. Also make sure to clear you caches before testing.

Here you go. I used RealPlaces 1.8.6 and I overwrote Real PlacesVersion: 1.2.2. And I completely destroyed the website: https://aghrealtygroup.com/.
I asked you what do I do, to use the new theme without destroying the content but seems that, after I overwrote the theme it lost everything that it had.
Have you installed/updated required plugins ?

I edited a property and changed the Preview Image. But for some Users, still showing old image. Even after clearing cache from their laptop. For some Users shows correctly. Even deleted the old image, updated the property, then added new and again updated. Still facing issue

This is clearly a cache issue. Make sure to clear all layers of cache, Like server level cache, WordPress plugin level cache and CDN cache.

Hi guys,
I had previously tweaked my install of this theme to allow html in the “Price Postfix” field, however recent updates appear to have changed the way that you strip html from everything.
Can you please either:
a) clarify how I can stop it stripping html from the Price Postfix field (I want to use a span and custom class here) or
b) add an option to prevent stripping of html from property values/fields.

Hi, the theme is showing a black screen of #swipebox-overlay everytime anything is clicked, since the last update of the theme. I updated the theme to the lastest version Wordpress Admin let me: 1.8.1. Why is Wordpress not letting me update it to 1.8.6 either?

One of the most common reasons for the Find Address not working properly is the APIs required for geocoding detecting is not activated.
It will not work if you have not activated the Geocoding API Services for your Google Maps Project which you created to get Google Maps API Key.
