When users access the site – they keep getting redirected to an error page that states, “There has been a critical error on your website.” This happens every few months. I used to enable safe mode for the plugin and make an update to the page, and the issue would resolve itself. However, this work-around is no longer working. When I disable the Elementor plugin, the website loads – so the issue appears to be with the plugin.
Before removing the theme and plugin entirely and not recommending this theme to future clients, do you have any suggestions?

When the website says “There has been a critical error on your website.” usually this will produce a server log. If we could see that log, we can see where the errors is coming from.
The best thing to do is to ensure that your theme version and the plugin that the theme uses are updated. We have created a page where you can check to makes sure you are using the latest version.

Hi.. After updating both the entrepreneur theme to vs. 2.1.2 and wp to 5.5 the master slider does not work anymore: dynamic part is not shown and I cannot enter the configuration of master slider anymore. Is this known? Addy
Hi, yes we updated our theme to include WP 5.5 support prior to the release, but Master Slider is a 3rd party plugin and unfortunately the plugin creators have not yet updated it for 5.5.

One note however is if you are using Master Slider, that is a 3rd party plugin and the plugin creators have not yet updated it for 5.5. So if you are using Master Slider on your site, we recommend waiting for the update.
Thanks. I updated to v2.1.2 but that issue still exists in the footer payment options (border) as shown in screenshot. Is there CSS code I can apply? I dont use caching plugin so I am sure it didnt fix it.

It could be that you need to do a hard refresh, or view in private mode / incognito mode to ensure it’s not caching.

Hi I have a couple of questions to ask about the Entrepreneur theme – Remote Learning. 1) my client is offering a service (that clients will pay for on the website) but to begin with she wants to offering all her services on a ‘pay what you can’ basis as opposed to a fixed fee, is this possible to do on Woocommerce. 2) Will the payment functionality allow for offline bookings as well, so If someone wanted an extra session and I arranged this for them, could I put the payment through, without booking it on the website. 1. Yes that could be done. It’s not a feature directly available in standard WooCommerce, but a custom price option could be incorporated into the booking process in a couple of ways.
2. Yes the booking system allows for bookings to be added manually as well, so offline bookings can be taken and added in the admin area.

The booking engine provides custom fields but there is no upload field.

> Yes, we have a few options. You can have Transparent, Dark, White and also alternative logos. We have a choice of dark or light text as well. Lots of options so tht you can get the perfect fit for each page.

Hi, I’m having issues with the booking calendar not working. Wordpress won’t let me update Meta Box Tabs or Master Slider Pro. due to the license key being invalid? I did buy this in 2017. Should I buy a new regular license to update these? and will this solve the issue of the calendar.

The theme, the page builder, and the booking system are all fully localized and translatable. Regarding RTL specifically, the page builder does support RTL. The Booking system also supports RTL. You may contribute in plugin translation or notify if there are some adjustments needed as we are not RTL native speakers and might not know some peculiarities. So it may take a bit of manual work but it wouldn’t take much.
