Hi guys, today, I saw in my pannel the “Critical Security Issue!” and the alert about the flag about the “About Unlicensed/Nulled Installs”.
The problem is: I downloaded my theme at the Elements in january with my regular license. What is the need to state that the topic can be null, even though it was obtained legally?
Anyway, how can I download the new version? I need to buy here or renew at the Elements?

You may download the latest version from your Elements accounts. The message isn’t saying your install is illegal – it’s a generic message listing out the benefits of having a license from ThemeForest (such as access to support, one-click updates using Envato Market plugin etc.)

First I activated the license for this username ” kmohanrajreddy ” and I also got the themesphere credentials for this username ” kmohanrajreddy ” ( Themeforest Username ).
but when I activate another license using this username ” munichandracherry ” it automatically activates with this username ” kmohanrajreddy ”. it doesn’t activate with this username ” munichandracherry ”.

The license is activated based on the ThemeForest account you’re logged, at the time of activation process. You can repeat it while being logged into your second account. As for the multiple usage, this isn’t allowed under the standard Themeforest license (details here). One license allows the theme to be used on one entity/domain (multiple usage on subdomains – or sub-parts of a site even if on a different domain – is allowed).

Are there any features which are only accessible via a page builder or it can all be achieved via Gutenberg? - There are widgets to add ad code in the sidebar, footer, or between blocks at home. And some header styles can have an ad as well. For single posts, we’d recommend the WP-Insert plugin since it’s not tied to a theme.
- Some of the non-default homepages are built with WPBakery Page Builder in the demo. But they can also be built using homepage widgets instead.
- For the subscribe box, there’s one style available as shown in the demo. However, beyond basic usage, we’d recommend using official forms of the providers – most newsletter/mailing list providers do provide their own styled forms.

In terms of WP Bakery and some of the demo homages, Ia some that there is nothing there that has been achieved using additional CSS/code etc i.e. everything on the various demo’s has been achieved using the WP Builder or WP Bakery? Thanks for writing to us. To answer your queries, yes the theme is optimized and compatible with WordPress SEO by Yoast plugin. You can check the speed possibilities on our live preview that’s possible by following our speed guide.
As for updates, they will be provided for lifetime of the product but we cannot know if that will be 10 years. We have maintained our other product since ~7 years though.
For 3rd party plugins, we haven’t tested the all the plugins you mentioned but there shouldn’t be any issue. WPRocket and Classic Editor are tested to work well, but do note that support for 3rd party plugins isn’t included in any purchase on ThemeForest.

Hi, I’m using the Contentberg theme. Even though the pagination is enabled in the homepage, with numbers type, it doesn’t allow me to navigate between pages. When I click on the previous pages, it charges the content on the first one always. However inside the categories it does work. What can I do?

Hello, Google Search Console is saying that posts using your theme are not mobile friendly. ‘Clickable elements are too close together’ and ‘Font is too small to read’. Please update your theme to address these issues. Every site of mine using your theme is deemed by Google as not mobile friendly and harming rankings due to these errors in your theme.
This is a brand new install of your theme btw, not an old version.

Your demo doesn’t matter. Fact of the matter is I have tested it on a brand new Wordpress install with zero plugins installed, and it is failing Google’s test for mobile friendly design. It is most certainly using YOUR theme.
Fix your theme and stop making up bad excuses. The version you are selling and have available for download has problems.

I figured out the problem. Your theme is not compatible with WooCommerce, which is a core Wordpress feature. Please fix this. It causes the site to fail the friendly mobility tests.
As a side note your theme also will fail mobile friendly test if Edit Author Slug plugin is enabled, and using it with MonsterInsights causes some mobile friendly devices to not be able to load the logo. Same thing happens with iThemes Security, too.
These are some of the most popular and widely used plugins for key things (commerce, analytics and security). You should make your theme compatible with them.
We have WooCommerce already included in our tests and demos but it doesn’t seem to be causing any issues. We’ll need to check your site specifically to see what’s the exact combination that’s causing the issue.

It is not a “stack”. I turned them all off one by one and turned them all on, testing the site against the Google page. Your theme is incompatible.
I have numerous licenses, installed this on several sites. Same things are happening on all of them with these plugins, I’ve spent time testing it. Furthermore you should be using ThemeForest’s secure support system for tickets instead of some forum you setup.
I don’t want to post all my websites into a PUBLIC forum available to any of your other customers with the list of plugins i have, that is an insecure way to handle tech support.
You can see very clearly I have paid for a license. I am going to make ONE post and then I want someone to email me to resolve these issues.
Unfortunately ThemeForest doesn’t have a ticket system for authors. There’s a public comments system and an email contact form, neither suitable for tech support. And that’s why we have our own support system.
Please rest assured about the data at our support site, we have been running it since 2013 and in the 7 years there hasn’t been a breach. Our support forum has the option to create private replies when replying to a topic that only you and the support team can see.

There is a system that integrates directly with Envato accounts. Many theme and plugins devs use it. Also nothing published onto an HTML page web is truly private, it can still be read in the page source.
Also your home page does not follow standard rules for allowing Facebook to fetch the meta data on the front page when set to show latest posts, which is what your theme is primarily designed to build a front page with..
So when the front page URL is shared on Facebook will not grab any images to use as the featured image due to these problems.
I installed buynad demo import and it crashed my whole website. On the page, I could see: “There has been a critical error on your website.” after disabling this plugin the problem is gone.

Hi, After the wordpress 5.5 update, I am seeing couple of issues. 1. The Content Editor isn’t fitting well in the screen. 2. When I hit enter for the new line, it doesn’t add space between the the new line and the last line. I am not sure If I was able to explain it well, but I see lot of issues after the update.

If you’re looking for a secondary menu in the header, it’s possible in Header Style 2 and Style 4 (you can see both under Features > Header Styles on the live preview). On our demos they’re showing latest/breaking posts, however, there’s a feature to replace that with a secondary menu (Topbar Navigation).
