What email should I used to get support? I was able to installed the plugins now, expect the flickr Badges, I get an error: Something went wrong with the plugin API. Also your support link on the support page still has a malicious redirect which the antivirus is blocking, which brings me to my next question. You mention on an email that the security issue was caused by Slider Revolution, so I wonder if i will have any issues with the version 5.4.8 ? and if so will it be a way to update it?

I send you a couple of emails but I am not getting a response. I am also having some issues uploading background images to the slider. Some background images load and some don’t. I figure it was the images that come with the theme don’t work but then I licence my own image and then upload it and still is not showing up on the slider. Is the theme blocking some images that are similar to the style of those in the theme???? Need help.

I opened 5 different tickets with a multitude of issues on this theme and haven’t got a single response. I can’t even edit anything on the theme. How do I go by getting a refund?
Every time I try to enter the front end of WPBakarey on a page it gets frozen and I just get a blank screen. Yes!! I have re-installed the WPBakarey and still getting frozen, making the theme usable. I have already requested a refund because the numerous issues with your template and I am waiting to hear back from you.

I tried to get some support on your channel but most questions I had were answered by requesting credentials to the login, and I explained that we have sensitive customer data that can’t be shared. I though the forum was to get answers but all I got were more questions. I read in here that somebody else had the same issue I a having with your template; which the inability of saving anything on the template which makes it useless for me. I requested a refund and never heard back from you for more than five days, so I raised the issue with Evanto so they can resolve it. Thanks.

Since we bought an extended license for Visual Composer, we can’t give you the purchase code of this plugin because of policy and terms of Theme Forest. We update the plugin via theme updates and you will receive the latest version of this plugin with future theme update, so please wait future theme release.
You don’t need to activate it with license key, it’s functional without it. We are not allowed to share our extended license key.
You only delete and reinstall new plugins ( admin panel ). Plugins auto update to latest version
