1) is it doable to have one single website but with several languages? Among our clients we have English and Arabic clients. With this template, can the client choose the language?
2) We have different types of listings in the same website such as houses, services, goods, etc. Can we define the different attributes (filters) for different types of listings?
3) Our clients will pay for their ads, can we define the payment plans that we wish? Are we limited in the number of plans.
4) We need to support payments with credit cards, paypal, bank transfer …. Is this provided by this template?
5) We also need a mobile application for the same website. Your are proposing one, can we customise it to reflect the same content of our site? Can you help us with building this app?

1. Unfortunately, it doesn’t support multi language. You should have multi site for different languages.
2. Unfortunately, we don’t have the options.
3. You can use payment addons. It’s for post amount, duration and price.
4. It works with WC ( WooCommerce ). They supports various payment gateway.
5. Unfortunately, it doesn’t support an app.

Hi guys, we have an issue
Our Listopia theme recently stopped working – we can’t edit pages or add new ones (all done with Elementor & Elementor PRO (licensed) - - Elementor just doesn’t load anymore (it loads infinitely – just stays like this forever: https://snipboard.io/wft2ze.jpg)
- We found our that only deactivating “Javo Core” plugin solves the problem, but we can’t do that because it is essential theme plugin (if deactivated, it removes site menu, search engine and other functionalities)
(Deactivating caching plugins, Elementor or any other plugin doesn’t fix the problem)
Can you please check and tell how to fix what the problem?
- The domain is: https://bit.ly/32EWh2y and it has subdomain for 2nd language with the separate CMS (identical site): https://bit.ly/3iL3KCF – both have the same Elementor issue)

We want an ability to sync ‘Airbnb’ and website bookings. So that we don’t have booking for same home for the same day at 2 places. Is that possible to do with your theme?

I have been having troubles with this from the start, I reached out to support, they said they would look into it – over a week ago…
1. The license does not activate correctly, it keeps refusing me access to the theme settings unless I keep activating 2. the templates are not responding to the settings, I have set style 2 listings and every listing is a different template, I even deleted the templates I don’t want to use 3. the sign up module is broken – it does not load, just leaves an empty shadow box 4. the category widget doesn’t work correctly – it goes to the wrong pages, I had to make custom urls for the pages to go where they are supposed to 5. I had to remove the search from the header on the front page as it was broken, the search results would not work at all and the page was all broken formatting – only from the front page header search
I have spent hours trying to find workarounds when support should be supporting their work… Even the walkthroughs don’t work as they were made for the other themes not Listopia.

1. Is this Multisite compatible? I need to use WP multisite with subdomains for different languages.
2. Is there a translation option? I mean without using automatic AI or machine translation plugins. I need to translate everything manually one by one to make sure it is correct.
3. In addition to above questions, when we post a place or content, can it include multiple languages to show in related front-end language?
4. If I buy the WC Vendor and WC Booking, can my clients add their own bookings?
5. Does it accept all WC payment systems?
6. Please let me know what else do I need to buy in order to have FULL access and control on everything. I want it all.

1. Yes, multi sites are possible. But the language settings you need to set it up on each multi network site.
2. We use Loco translation plugin. It works fine. You need to translate the strings ( words ). You can search this plugin information on Google.
3. I am not sure how you want to make. It doesn’t support basically. You need to find a plugin for it.
4. Yes, you can do that. You need to have the addons to connect. You can find the connect addons. (https://lava-code.com/directory/product-category/additional-pack/ ).
5. We use WC for payment. If the payment works with WC, it might be working. It’s related to WC.
6. Please have a look at our demo sites. That’s what we have all and our support team assist you to make your site like that.

Hi!
I am a current client and user of your Listopia Theme. For my website I need to create two different account menus (one for business clients and another for users clients). I have tried to edit the settings in our wordpress by theme settings > Buddypress > Disable menu items. However, it doesnt work properly. It only works for one role and there is still some sections inside the account like “home” that is has no field to disable and shows in both accounts.
Because we would need more flexibility and control in order to edit the different Menus than the Theme seems to offer, we are trying to install the plugin “nav menu”. However, we can not see the settings to edit the Menu (Appearance > Menu) by role. This is how the plugin works but it seems it is not compatible with our theme or some of the required pre-installed plugins.
We have contacted “Nav Menu” and offered the solution to add this piece of content in the Walker menu items:

We have options to select menu ( header types ) by pages, posts and also global settings. This is mostly common and it’s also advanced options.

I see as a developer that you have a couple of similar themes, I have a couple of questions to see which one would suit me best, I have previously bought two themes (not yours) that have not been suitable for my purpose.
I need the ability to create a community of people that has to be approved by admin with a custom sign up process.
I need the listings to be able to be claimed and for the person claiming the listing to pay a yearly fee.
I need the directory listings to have two options, free listing with a select about of fields and claimed listing which unlocks all the fields.
Is this all possible with your theme, or any of our other themes?

Approval of new signup memebers is not a basic feature. You might need to find a plugin or customize it.
We have a claim option. But there is no payment related.
