Hi. I bought iGuru for a client in Jan 2020 but he didn’t go ahead with the project. He has just asked me to start again with a new domain but i can’t activate the license as it is already used (the original site never proceeded). I wonder if you would be able to reset the license so i can apply it to the new domain? Thank you.

Message ” INVALID PURCHASE CODE” And we are developing the website on a subdomain and later to be moved to the production domain ( subdomain http://dev.medhub.network to https://edu.medhub.network, should we get back to you to change the domain at that point? 1. Users can Login and have their profile, right?
2. In case i use the courses template, if each course have specific downloads can the user see and access only the downlods of his course?
3. i would like registered users to have access to specific areas and download sections, can i do that?
4. in courses, can i have discounts if the students are more than one for example or belong to a special category?
5. You support Woocommerce and woocommerce payments like Credit card?
6. What about speed and seo

Please HELP. I have purchased IGURU theme through my developer envato credentials. Theme is working fine with some little glitches but from past 2 months, its footer appears to be fully loaded with some abnormal codings and with that messy coding,website creates bad graphics and some pics are missing from different pages. I asked from my developer to check whether is there any updates in iguru but he said, there is no updates appears in his envato account through which he purchased iguru theme. Now,he said that we have to pay for support to get updates otherwise, we won’t be able to update theme and I am surprised as we already paid full while purchasing the theme then why we are now needed to pay for support to update our theme. PLEASE TAKE THIS URGENTLY.WE ARE IN STRESS AND STOP OUR WEBSITE OPERATIONS.
