I’m well past the 6 month support period so can’t sign in to your website anymore. Having said that, I figure this is virtually a coding error that’s been overlooked so falls out of scope of paid support.

You need to extend your support as per Envato rules.

Saying it’s a feature and not a bug and then ignoring what I said in my earlier comments is really poor support and not what I really expected, truth be told.

Here’s a thought – lots of potential buyers come to the comments to see if the support they expect to receive for bugs (which this is) are solved competently and in a friendly, supportive manner. When potential buyers see these kinds of power-plays where you ignore what users say and have them run around in circles for solutions, it would potentially cause you to lose a fair few sales. The cost of those lost potential earnings would cost more in the long run than it would cost for the time it would take to just offer good support in the first place. Again, just a thought.

As per not showing clear hyperlinks, any basic Google Search or Web Accessibility standard says that not incorporating some sort of marker to show hyperlinks isn’t great practice, see: https://webaim.org/techniques/hypertext/link_text

Given this is the only theme i’ve ever come across where that tries to hide hyperlinks, perhaps we can do a bit better, hey? All i’m looking for is for you to own that the theme doesn’t live up to best practices, and to go “hey, yeah, you’re right, that is an omission on our part, here’s the fix that should be in theme options like most other themes.”

I can forward it to developers for future updates, but we cannot share solutions or custom css on item comments.

It’s very clearly a bug, can we get a solution to the bug? I’ve had users complain that the links aren’t disability friendly – are you saying you’re just not interested in rectifying problems that disadvantage people?

The problem is not downloading it. Its to activate the template. Activation doesn’t work.
