Hello, some elements in sliders are animated element that can not be added into slider, so we added them into page content, and to edit it you need to edit page content.

Goto wp admin panel > pages > choose that page to edit > goto row where “revolution slider” is located, press to edit ( pencil icon ). then goto “Canvas” tab. There you will find 1 or 2 elements, expand then, first element is for image element, second element is for animated shape element.

By default, theme does not support RTL. But you can achieve this by using some external plugins like this:

Plus some custom CSS styling will need to polish some layouts for RTL.
