This error came up recently. Do you have an update to the theme?

Your theme (HelpMe) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:

Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.

If I purchase the latest WP Bakery plugin will it be compatible with the 2.8 version of the HelpMe theme I have purchased? I am concerned that you are no longer supporting this theme and need a solution that will not break the site.

I’ve contacted support for the new version due to wordpress 5.5 causing the theme to break but have not heard back.

Not working for new wordpress!

I installed the theme and all i get is a black screen covering the homepage. How do i fix that?

When WordPress 5.5 came out, this theme stopped working. Two weeks passed before hearing from the developer. Three weeks ago, I received this email from the developer:

“hi there we required some new standard implementation required by envato, meanwhile contact via email to get WordPress 5.5 compatible copy. Thank you”

There is no way to contact them via email and their online support system is not working. It seems they have stopped supporting their products and have disappeared. Use caution when purchasing their items! They used to be helpful but no longer appear to be in business.

I am very upset and disappointed in this developer. I have a lot of time invested in having used this theme for what was once a beautiful website. Now the site will need to be re-developed.

I used this theme before few months. It was working fine. today when I visit the same website, Full content width is not working. data-vc-full-width-init remains false. My website url is: https://gaomt.org/ . here event counter background is not being full width. in row settings, it is Stretch selected. Also, even counter is not working somehow.
