theme settings not working bad work
=I am trying to import the demo data, but the whole menu of Theme options is not clickable. Others also got the same issue. I have already raised ticket. This is basic thing for any theme. why don’t theme developers can’t fix this.

There is an issue with Wordpress version 5.5 that affects the Theme Option section. I have corrected it by returning to Wordpress version 5.4. using the WP Downgrade plugin. Will there be an update? Hi, Please give your ticket ID. This is WordPress theme and the whmcs is free with the file. So, there is no doc about whmcs. Also, the support is only WordPress related. KC composer already back and we are giving its pro version. So, its not a matter if the version not available on the WordPress or not.
But the WHMCS template is not working at all it gives error and nothing loads there should be the documentation to understand how to setup your WHMCS template with actual WHMCS installation if you say this then sadly i have to say that this is really un-professional attitude. WHERE can i see the pro KC composer i am not able to see it in my theme files or in my wordpress installation

Hi, I have generated a ticket but i don’t think so that there is some benefit of generating ticket because no one reply to that ticket as you can see in the screenshot that i have created a ticket 1 week ago but still there is no reponse on that ticket. Anyhow created new ticket as well…. And for WHMCS issue i have also generated a new ticket kindly check the screenshot as proof.

I just desbugged the theme it is creating issue with your theme support plugin, instead of asking your users to generate refund request i would like you to check the plugin for errors. if you fail to sort this out then i will send refund request but if it takes time then i will generate the request now.

I can see many people are unhappy on these comments. I should of read the comments before I purchased this theme. Very disappointed.
Many people also happy for this item. Its depend on expectation.
WHY was I not helped the first time? WHY did I get a very vague reason why you cant assist me? WHY did it take you 5 days to just get a reply? I’m just not convinced. If I got some sort support, we would not be here talking about this. I would be enjoying your theme. But I am not! I hope you look at the comments you have been getting, not many are happy. My expectation was that this is a theme that will work… and I quote “It is fully customized and compatible with the latest WHMCS version, which means that our WHMCS Template is 100% the same with the HTML version”
If I got help the first time we would not be in this situation today!

I have explained this on your support website from day one that this is not working and you guys even tried to help and you reply was… never mind we don’t support WHMCS so why have that on your theme page as an integration. The theme is not customizable. It’s not working for me. They side hosting is also cancelled. You can check your system. That theme is not in use. Please it’s been over 21 Days and I have exhausted all avenues and now I want a refund. I have been asking for a refund since the day this theme was purchased, you can find this on your resorts or your phony support ticket system website that does not get back to anyone. I’m done. I need my hard earned cash back. Thanks. Waiting for your response. Don’t let this take another 21 days to even get a response from you.

Envato needs to take action against this kind of behavior. We buy themes to make a living. We expect them to work. Please remove the theme from my downloads and refund my money soon so I can get another theme that works.
