Hi! I bought this theme a few days ago, but there is a problem with the “Cities” section. When I want to add a new city ID, name and position it just won’t load at all. “Neighborhoods” section works perfectly fine. 2. Yes, you can enable/disable the fields and also add your own. See the theme settings Resideo > Property Fields and Resideo > Property Custom Fields.

Hello, found 3 Problems wich makes trouble.
1. when i add a new Propertie and upload the pictures, i can’t see them. I had to remove all and select them again. Then it works.
2. The Search bar is not there on my search result template.
3. The Galery Pictures on a Propertie are streched. if there are pictures in portrait format, they will be stretched

2. A lead generator / landing page template is in the works and it will be available in the next release.

1. For new posts and global default go to Settings > Discussion Settings > Default post settings > Allow people to submit comments on new posts
2. For existing posts, open each post and delete the comments and also uncheck “Allow comments” option for each post (property/agent/page/blog post)

UPDATE THEME
1. Download the theme again from the ThemeForest account, where you initially purchased it. The download will be under your buyer account – Downloads.
2. Unzip the theme pack
3. Go to wp-admin/Appearance-Themes and activate a different theme
4. Find resideo theme and click delete.
5. Install again the theme from Appearance > Themes > Add New and select resideo.zip from the latest theme pack
6. Activate the theme
IMPORTANT: all your theme settings will NOT change during this process. But the language files you had in the /resideo/languages folder will be deleted if you choose this method and if your language files are not in child theme.

My installation is new, no code changes have been made. The other messages from other buyers with the same problems show that the error is in the theme, not on our sites. I am concerned that a serious error like this (already reported by more than one person here, I even noticed that a comment with this complaint is gone) has not been identified and corrected in its own developer tests in the last 5 days. I work with other themes, and an error like this should not last more than 1 day. I really liked this theme, please don’t make it difficult to continue with it.
