can you fix this important error? Uncaught Error: no element is specified to initialize PerfectScrollbar The General reason is that theme is not compatible with the latest WP 5.6. In this version WP start using jQuery 3.5.1 instead of jQuery 1.12. And this module (PerfectScrollbar) which is a part of Nille theme is not compatible with WP jQuery 3.5.1. NOW ITS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH WP 5.6

Hi, I should have deregistered the purchase code before i delete the wordpress files itself from the cpanel (thinking that i’ll redo all the process) but apologies that i did not .. actually i need it to be reset asap. And I’m not receiving any reply from help center. Please help!!

Hi again! Look, I have a big problem around here. I bought and registered the theme on my domain. But today my server gave a problem and simply reset my hosting account. I redid the entire procedure for installing wordpress and the theme, but when I went to register it didn’t allow it. I know this is because the purchase code has not been disassociated before. But I don’t know what to do! I am registering at exactly the same domain, at the same hosting, all the same! Can you cancel the first registration so that I can register again? Please, help me!!!

Please note that due to safety measures related to COVID-19 the updating of our themes is a bit delayed but please note that we are working really hard on this and that we are constantly working on updating all our themes, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out. You will for sure be notified when the theme update is out. You already have the mobile menu that is active once you visit the website on smaller devices. But you can use in Appearance > Widgets the Mobile Header Widget Area and display any widgets that you wish.
