when i try to upload theme its showing The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

There is no signin, signup pages which is a major drawback.Quick Question – Any plans to release these pages anytime soon ? Also if i buy the template now and later if this is released can i get Login, Logout for free.
