Hi, I have one question. You say the latest version of Nixe is compatible with WPBakery Page Builder 6.1. Some time ago you have installed me WPBakery 6.5. Since I have to update my Nixe, I’m not sure will it work correctly. Is it better do downgrade WPBakery to 6.1?

The Portfolio Image is not showing most of the JPGs. Is this a bug due to the Update? or are there any restrictions for Photos in the gallery?

Hi, I am unable to use https://support-rt.com because the support period for my purchase is expired. However I did test the page and fullscreen menu further, disabling all plugins, clearing cache etc. and the problem seems to be with anchored links (#) in Nixe theme and Wordpress 5.6.
My fullscreen menu URL seems to open as an anchor link > https://lona-yachts.com/#. I am also using some other anchor links in Nixe theme and none of them are working with Wordpress 5.6. There are no errors reported in browser console, but the links are not working without jQuery migrate Helper plugin.
I would very much appreciate if you can check this. Thank you.

I have upgraded to Wordpress 5.6 and Nixe 1.9.3. and still receiving deprecation notices from jQuery Migrate. The Nixe fullscreen menu is not working without jQuery Migrate plugin.

If I disable jQuery Migrate Helper the Nixe fullscreen menu does not work anymore (desktop and mobile). There is no error notification in browser console regarding this problem. Everything else works as expected.

Since the latest update the search function isn’t working properly in Chrome on our website with Nixe. I have checked plugins and custom CSS conflicts but that is not the issue. I can see this is working on your demo.

I see no JS errors in console and there is no Facebook widget or plugin active.
I will ask our customer if they want to spend money for support here of i will find another solution.

it’s not a widget it’s an HTML iFrame. And even when i remove it entirely the problem persists. It has ben remove atm still.

Yes so it had nothing to do with misfunctioning of the search function. This is not working on Chrome and iPhone X.

Your slide titles are in H2 tags, it is the correct way to tagging. You don’t have to change them as H1 and it doesn’t related to other headings in your page.

1- Update the theme by using Envato Market Plugin http://docs.rtthemes.com/document/updating-the-theme-envato-theme-updater or use FTP to update manually. 2- Update the bundled plugins via Appearance / Install Plugins.

Dear support, after updating, the ” rooms” are not being recognised anymore. Even when opening an item under rooms and then chosing view page it states: 404 page not found. Help?
Update: the permalinks were set back to the standard version in stead of the postitemname. Issue solved.
