The physiatrist demo and the HOME has some sliders, the thing is when scroll the sliders the URL change with this #/bt_section5a035e2873cea. What to do to change the structure for these sliders url? I saw your answer from one purchaser’s question. If i purchase theme will you change it by yourself according to specific url?

Hi,

The URL structure is based on the JavaScript logic implemented by the full page slider so it is not possible to change it.

BoldThemes team

This theme is not having any easy way to add services for adding 15 services your need to create 15 pages and need to change every page where the services display

Hi,

It really depends on how you want to present the individual service – the page indeed offers the greatest flexibility in terms of layout, but you can easily use the portfolio custom post type as well. It supports Bold Builder based layouts so you can create flexible structure as well.

On pages where you present the services, you can use Grid, Masonry portfolio grid, Masonry portfolio tiles or latest posts elements.

Hi, we have a bug after the update (1.2.6 > 1.7.7)

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in .../public_html/wp-content/themes/medicare/functions.php on line 1500
We have updated all plugins, and disabled additional plugins as well, but that didn’t help.
Regards

Hi,

We have tested the theme in our development environment and everything is working as expected. Also, other user have not reported similar issues. This means that the issue is most likely specific to your environment.

Line 1500 in functions php processes the page specific Bold Builder’s Custom CSS.

Please do the following:

1. Make sure that you are running the latest version of Bold Builder – 2.7.8

2. On page with the issue – open the Custom CSS dialog (edit the page and click Custom CSS button in the upper left corner of BB interface) and check if the field contains any valid CSS.

3. Delete all code which is not valid css.

4. Save the page again (even if the Custom CSS value was empty)

Check if the issue persists after that.

Kind regards,

BoldThemes team

Thanks for the answer.
1. I have the latest plugin version.
2, 3, 4. I’ve tried, it doesn’t help. The problem occurs globally on all subpages.
The error does not appear when I disable the Bold Builder plugin.

Hi,

Can you please send us the ftp and wp-admin credentials to info@bold-themes.com and we will take a closer look at the issue?

Thanks in advance.

Kind regards,

BoldThemes team

This is ridiculous. Your theme is broken AGAIN. The content slider isn’t working. The only sizes it will display at are half screen and full screen. All other sizes just display a single black line. The full screen display doesn’t scroll. Both sizes ae ignoring the spacing between the images no matter what I set it as. I do not feel that I should ave to pay another $50 for support because your theme that I’ve already paid for has boken again. And hopefully you won’t spend weeks trying to tell me there is nothing wong with the theme and forcing me to have to prove that it IS this time?

Hi,

Can you share the url of the page with the slider?

Kind regards,

BoldThemes team

OK, but it’s not visible, because of the problems previously identified. https://clydevet.com.au/puppy-school/

Hi,

As far as we can see, none of the soldier items has any content. They only have background images assigned. This is the code from your page source

<div bt_bb_gap_large="" bt_bb_arrows_size_no_arrows="" bt_bb_show_dots_hide="" bt_bb_height_auto="" bt_bb_multiple_slides=""><div data-slick="{ "lazyLoad": "progressive", "cssEase": "ease-out", "speed": "600", "prevArrow": "", "nextArrow": "", "adaptiveHeight": true,"slidesToShow": 3,"autoplay": true, "autoplaySpeed": 2000, "responsive": [{ "breakpoint": 480, "settings": { "slidesToShow": 1, "slidesToScroll": 1 } },{ "breakpoint": 768, "settings": { "slidesToShow": 2, "slidesToScroll": 2 } }]}"><div style=";background-image:url(https://clydevet.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/Harlo_framed_sml.jpg)"><div content="" ccc="" /></div><div style=";background-image:url(https://clydevet.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/Sumyi_framed_sml.jpg)"><div content="" ccc="" /></div><div style=";background-image:url(https://clydevet.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/milo_framed_sml.jpg)"><div content="" ccc="" /></div><div style=";background-image:url(https://clydevet.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/luci_framed_sml.jpg)"><div content="" ccc="" /></div><div style=";background-image:url(https://clydevet.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/lola_framed_sml.jpg)"><div content="" ccc="" /></div><div style=";background-image:url(https://clydevet.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/jett_framed_sml.jpg)"><div content="" ccc="" /></div><div style=";background-image:url(https://clydevet.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/axl_framed_sml.jpg)"><div content="" ccc="" /></div><div style=";background-image:url(https://clydevet.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/Laika_framed_sml.jpg)"><div content="" ccc="" /></div><div style=";background-image:url(https://clydevet.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/Kylo-Ren_framed_sml.jpg)"><div content="" ccc="" />

As described in the previous answer, since your slider has size set to auto,
if you haven’t placed anything on the any of the slides, the slider will have no height. Try adding some content (at least blank separators) to individual slide items and you will see the difference.

Hi there, is it possible to disable comments on Blog? Best

Hi,

In general, disabling comments is the core WordPress functionality.

You can refer to the following article for all available options to disable comments, including using third party plugins such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/disable-comments/

The link to article is: https://blog.hubspot.com/website/disable-comments-wordpress

Hello, I would like to know if I can book appointments, accompanied by other devices, for example, if the user make an appointment with Dr Joe, the system (in the background, the user shouldn’t know about this) must also reserve the office and the medical devices that the Dr is going to use that day. Does the theme’s plugin allow me to do this customization?

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us.

Medicare theme does not offer appointment management functionality. All appointment forms on the demo site are implemented using Contact Form 7 plugin which does not have backend management apart from forwarding the form content to admin email and optionally storing it in wp-admin if you install respective CF7 addon.

If you need full appointment management (as described) you will need to use third party plugin of your choice.

Kind regards,

BoldThemes team

Do you have demo for this? Than can Store your files, edit, view and share with your team or colleagues. It is practical in keeping medical histories and active files, which it can be used for updating, downloading and storage of radiology images.

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us.

Unfortunately, Medicare, out of the box, does not have file management system in line with your requirements. You will have to use third party plugin of your choice for that.

Hello,

installed min. 10 lightbox plugins and no one work for me, can someone test the WP Featherlight plugin for me?

Thx

installed the plugin: Enable jQuery Migrate Helper and it says

The following are deprecations logged from the front-end of your site:

...wp-content/themes/medicare/js/misc.js: jQuery.fn.load() is deprecated ...wp-content/themes/medicare/js/slick.min.js: \’ready\’ event is deprecated

Hi,

As far as using the default gallery in text box, you can do it by using the shortcode created by bold builder.

For example, you can create a blank page, add one row with one column and a gallery element. Once you add the images to the gallery you can click switch editor and copy the gallery shortcode. It will look something like this:

[bt_grid_gallery lightbox="yes" ids="676,677,675,674,673" format="" grid_gap="0" columns="4" links="" publish_datetime="" expiry_datetime="" el_class="" el_style="" responsive=""][/bt_grid_gallery]

You can paste this shortcode into any text element and it will work as being added individually.

Related to the jQuery, you do not have to update jQuery independently, all jQuery updates come with the update of WordPress.

I understand, thank you for fast reply and the support.

hi there, we’ve migrated the WP site using your theme to a Windows server and have some performance issues – I’ve disabled all plugins and only left the theme and the issues persist. if i enable one of the default themes the issue goes away. Have you come across anyone else with similar problems?

many thanks!

Hi,

We haven’t had any reports of issues related to Windows platform. The performance should be the same regardless of the server’s OS.

Hello,

cant change the default size of the thumbnail from 160px to 140px. When I set it and save it, it reverts back.

Hi,

We are not sure what thumbnails are you referring to. Can you provide an url? Thanks in advance.

Kind regards,

BoldThemes team

Sorry for that, the setting is located – Settings – Media – Image sizes – “The sizes listed below determine the maximum dimensions in pixels to use when adding an image to the Media Library.”

Thank you

He perdido mi primer descargable, podrían ayudarme a enviármelo de favor? Muchas gracias

Hi,

We have just checked the latest released version of the theme.

If you take a look at the demo_data folder of your theme archive, you should be able to find all 15 xml files.

Kind regards,

BoldThemes team

Hi!

Thanks! But i need all the folders with php (the original download), how can i get it?

Hi,

We are really sorry, but we are not sure what you are referring to :(

You can find the installable file in the downloads section of your ThemeForest account. It contains all theme php / css / js files including accompanying plugins and demo xml files.

Once you install the theme and plugins using installable theme archive, you then use xml file of your choice to import desired demo content.

Entire process is described in the theme documentation – http://documentation.bold-themes.com/medicare/getting-started/ in the getting started section.

So, apart from the installable theme package there are no additional theme components to download.

Hi, does the theme support elements embedded with the Tumult Hype Animations Plugin? Thank you!

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us.

We haven’t tested the specific plugin, but as far as we can see, they can be embedded using shortcodes which is, in general, supported by Medicare.

If you are willing to give it a try, we offer a money back guarantee – if it turns out that the theme does not meet your needs, we will refund you – no questions asked.

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us.

No, we do not have layered PSD for any of the demos :(

Hi,

would like to buy this theme, but I don’t need the shop inside.

The shop is mandatory for this theme? Or it is possible to remove it?

Thank you very much.

Thanks for contacting us.

Sure, you can deactivate the WooCommerce plugin and remove the shop part altogether.

Hi,

when I change Menu Type to Vertical left and klick the menu item the right content slides to half. Can’t figure out how to disable it.

Can you please tell me how to do it?

deleted

Hi,

Ah ok, we get it.

Please add the following css:

@media (min-width: 1200px) {
  .btMenuVerticalOn .btPageWrap {
    transform: none !important;
  }
  .topBarInMenu .widget_search {
    float: none;
    margin-bottom: 15px !important;
  }
}

It should resolve the issue.

We will add this to the next theme update.

Kind regards,

BoldThemes team

Thank you for your fast response and the working solution.

Hello , i bought this theme a while ago and now i install it for the first time and i only can see the homepage other than that its showing (

Oops, looks like the page is lost. This is not a fault, just an accident that was not intentional.

)

can you tell me what is the problem exactly ?

Hi,

This seems to be a custom message which does not come from the theme – it is probably a custom 404 page not found error page. Have you tried to rebuild the permalinks?

Log in to the WordPress Dashboard. In the navigation menu click Settings, then click Permalinks. Select the Plain setting, then click the Save Changes button. Then, select your original setting, and click the Save Changes button again

Kind regards,
