Can you please let me know do you create your old pages using which page builder in your site. If your old pages is created using WP Bakery page builder then this page will not be editable with WPbakery page builder. You compulsory need to use WPbakery page builder for those pages which are created with WP Bakery builder.

Yes, If your old page means existing pages are created using WP Bakery builder then it is not possible to edit the same page using Elementor builder. If you want to create a new page then you can use Elementor builder for that page.

I have purchased the template today and I was trying to set it up according to your documentation. In the Demo Content Setup step, regardless of the option, whenever I press “I agree, continue demo content setup”, there is the ERROR 500 promting.
Moreover, the homepage template that I wanted to use (Home Demo 6) is not available in the list on the Demo Content Setup step.
Can you support me with the above? There is already created a ticket #4914.

Just follow the steps as described in our doc link below to install demo data in your site. http://www.themetechmount.in/wordpress/nutrico/documentation/democontent.htmlFor change site logo just go to Admin > Nutrico Option > Header settings and upload your logo image in Logo option. Save your changes and it will be done.

I have many tickets in with Nutrico regarding their lack of updating their PHP. They have answered a single ticket with a false solution. Now I am locked out of my web hosting site and cannot work on my theme due to suspicious activity (but in actuality due to Nutrico support team not doing their jobs for a product they put out but do not support). Save yourselves months of lack of service and skip this theme. Nothing but headaches and frustration here.

That’s the problem right? Where do I find the ticket number? I’ve asked through the email you sent me, which you’ve copy and pasted back to me, without addressing what was copied and pasted. I have only one response from your team in my email. I would guess there’s another place to access the ticket numbers and the tickets themselves but your team won’t tell me even though my question about it was clear. I still don’t know how to access them

But if you are not receiving a ticket link then please send us your query on our email themetechmount@gmail.com so we will provide support via email.
