For the portfolio item I went to Override Global Settings>Hide Default Headline…. but now the featured image shows up at the top of the page. How do I hide the featured image from appearing on the page?

If you take a look at the javascript console at both pages, you will see more info about the issues you are experiencing.
Related to icons, the icon fonts can not be loaded because they are served from CDN (https://secureservercdn.net/) and the CORS policy has not been set properly – you need to contact your hosting provider to see how to set up these.
Related to the masonry, there are some JavaScript related exceptions on all pages – it is possible that some of them prevents the masonry from working properly. Can you please try to deactivate all third party plugins and see if the issue gets resolved. If not, please submit a ticket at our support site – http://boldthemes.ticksy.com/ and leave your wp-admin credentials and our support team will take a closer look at it.

If you buy the regular license you can use it for one project (one web site) each separate project requires another license – https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular
The theme has been built in line with the security best practices in mind, but it does not add any functional features on top of the WordPress’ basic security. If you wish to improve the security of your web site above the WordPress’ standard features, you need to use third party security plugins such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/sucuri-scanner/ or similar.
The user can choose one of the provided demos as the starting point for its site. If you wish you can create another development instance with another demo and combine the layouts using page builder’s clipboard features.

Here is how the Setting generally work
The settings in the Appearance > Customize panel are global, meaning that they influence every page on the site by default.
On the other hand, you have an option to override these settings on a per page basis. If you take a look at the bottom of the page edit form, you will notice the Override Global Setting part in Settings Section – here you can override global settings for every page.
You probably have a Logo related override (and some other overrides) set on the home page and it causes the problem. Please remove the override from the home page and set the desired logo in Appearance > Customize > General Settings

You can use any third party slider which is based on placing the shortcode onto the page. Revolution Slider will work just fine. Once you have the shortcode, you can place it onto the page using Bold Builder’s text element.

Our themes do not require any kind of license activation.
You are most likely trying to activate the license of one of our plugins which come with the theme – Cost Calculator. If you buy one of our plugins separately, license activation enables you to receive update notifications and plugin updates from wp-admin panel.
Since you have purchased the plugin as part of the theme, you do not need to activate your license of Cost Calculator. The Cost Calculator plugin updates will come packaged with new releases of the theme you have purchased.
Just ignore the plugin activation screen and you will be fine.

Here is the thing. Theme license and support are two different things.
When you purchase the theme license you are entitled to lifetime usage and updates for the theme for one project of yours.
On the other hand, you are not entitled to lifetime support. There is so called support period and when you buy the theme you get six months standard support period – https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/208191263-What-is-Item-Support-
Your standard support period which comes with the license purchase has expired on 11/07/2020 and you need to extend it – https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/207886473-Extending-and-Renewing-Item-Support.
Once you do, you will be able to login to our support site.
Related to the error you get, we strongly suggest that prior to extending support, you check with your hosting and in php error log if there are any entries related to the issue you are experiencing. This is not a standard WordPress error – this seems like a customized 503 Service Unavailable Error

How do I customize button color? I do not want to use the accent or alternate colors but want to be able to set the color to a custom hex color code

What you can do, if you want to customize the button color in addition to the provided color schemes, is assign a custom class to the button (when you edit a button, go to Custom tab and add for example myButtonColor to Extra class name(s) field)
Then add the following to Additional CSS panel of Appearance > Customize or to your child theme css (second snippet defines background and text colors on hover)
.myButtonColor.bt_bb_button a.bt_bb_link {
background-color: #ff0000 !important;
color: #000000 !important;
}
.myButtonColor.bt_bb_button a.bt_bb_link:hover {

The story about the pagespeed is much more complex and in fact it is only partially in the theme’s territory.
You should certainly use a caching plugin to minimize and combine css and js, cache pages and objects and optimize images – our demo is not optimized in that sense.
From the theme’s perspective there is not much more we can do – there will always be a compromise in terms of themes functionality and layout and the google’s score.

Hello, I purchase WP theme “Applauz – Software, Technology & Digital” and using on URL “http://kshipraitsolutions.com”. It was working fine since i purchased it. But now few days before it stopped working whereas I did not done any changes in code or setting. Admin changes in “Bold Page Builder” are not saving. Same thing has been happened with my previously purchased WP theme “Quasar” as well. So please let me know is this so that after some time your themes stopped working and customer need to buy new theme again? If this is true then I am sorry to say this is not good and you will loose your customers. So please have a look in this matter and help me ASAP.

Our themes certainly have not stopped working so that the customers have to buy new ones. On the contrary, if you take a look at the bottom of Applauz profile page (or any other our theme for that matter) – https://themeforest.net/item/applauz-startup-wordpress-theme/21053363 you will notice that we regulary update our themes.
Anyhow, please update the theme, its plugin as well as bold builder to the latest versions available and try to deactivate third party plugins one by one – maybe one of them is causing the issues.

As far as elements not showing up on the ipad are concerned, most page elements within bold-builder have a responsive tab when you edit them (this includes sections, rows and individual page elements).
You can set the visibility of these elements by checking the devices they should not be visible on. Please check the responsive tab of the elements you can not see on ipad and make sure that they are not checked to be invisible on these resolutions.

When you go to the Portfolio Page and go inside any post the next and previous button are showing wrong portfolio It should be the other way around, “Next” instead of previous. The order of the portfolio is reversed

If you haven’t edited the theme files directly (if all the customizations were done in wp-admin using theme settings and Bold Builder or by using child theme), the update will preserve all your current changes and settings.
If you have edited the theme code directly you will have to reapply the code changes once you update the theme.

Hi, I have updated the theme and the gallery is working now. but I am getting some other error in other pages (https://prnt.sc/s282to). I think it is showing only in the pages have svg images. If you take a look at the error you are getting (the path) you will notice that these plugins are third party plugins and are not related to the theme -
They are movabletype importer and wpcat2tag importer.
Please contact their authors for support – the code within them needs to be adjusted in line with php 7.x standards.
