I have purchased this theme and 6 months of support. Within the first 24 hours of working with it, your plugin through redux is throwing out all kinds of errors and ruining my progress. I’m trying to reach support and submit a ticket but the platform isn’t letting me register or access the help I need. I’ve never experienced issues like this with any other envato purchase…what’s up?

Hi, I followed your instructions. Submitted my ticket clearly identifying the problem and included multiple pictures with the error messages supporting my request. It’s been 2 days and this still isn’t correctly addressed. The support team responds as if they didn’t even read my initial message with all the pictures. I don’t understand the purpose of support if they can’t fix a clearly identified issue….

I did not expect them to fix it with just the pictures. The support responses take so long that now the plugin (recommended & required by this theme) has disrupted the code further that the login credentials do not work. It’s been 3 days and now I’m locked out of the site. Purchasing your theme was a mistake.

Badly awaiting the update since WP Bakery Plugin is outdated and the only way to upgrade it is its release through theme author. Current WPBakeryPlugin has vulnerabilities.

Basically this only happens if a valid purchase can be assigned to your account. Try to update your purchases. You can do this in your “Account Settings” in your Support Account.
If this does not work, send us an email with your purchase key to mail@themeinjection.com. Then we could check it.

Hi, I’m having serious trouble integrating this theme with Memberpress. The homepage I’ve created is fine but when Memberpress created pages (like account, thank you, etc) I lost all of the formatting and can’t get the membership forms to show on the WPBakery page builder. I’m afraid this theme appears to be unusable for a Memberpress site and if that’s the case I’d like to request a refund as I can’t use the product. I am willing to pay someone to help me integrate the Memberpress pages with the template as well. Please help!
How to deal with Slider revolution? I’t saying it won’t work with Wordpress 5.5 if you don’t update the plugin. You have to pay for the update but the plugin came with leadinjection. So are you guys coming with a solution for this?

Hi, A common issue that can occur with users new to installing WordPress themes is a “Broken theme and/or stylesheets missing” error message being displayed when trying to upload or activate the theme. This error message does not mean that the theme you have purchased is broken, it simply means it has been uploaded incorrectly. Luckily, there is a very easy fix. The lead modals do not work on mobile devices when you have one in the slider revolution. They work fine on tablets and desktops, but not on mobile. Please help!
