Documents for Home 5 is missing

Hi, we are having an issue with the Page Builder. We tried Big Commerce support but they directed us to you.

On the homepage (and others). We are able to add widgets and save. However, when we publish the theme, none of these show up. When we go back into the page builder, the widgets we placed are no longer present.

The search tab defaults to News & Content. Is there a way to force it to default to Products, and have it in an already toggled state (showing products)?

We recently purchase your theme Razor for BigCommerce. I have a few questions about the theme as we’re building this site. This is out purchased code if needed: 2c10d827-ec31-4cc5-8f52-217a8f643fa9.

1. We are using style 3 and we cannot change the background header. We had initially installed style 2 but switched to 3. We had no issue changing it on 2 but now with 3, it only changes the menu bar. The header background where the search bar is, is controlled by the page background which I believe shouldn’t happen.

2. When I’m clicking on a heart to “add to favorites” it gives me a pop up that says “you must select two products to compare”. Do you know why this is?

3. I cannot figure out how to change the address on the footer and contact page. I did enter it in the theme style, but can’t figure out how to change it in the footer or contact page.

4. Can we take sections from style 2 and input them into style 3. We’re noticing that style 3 has the same content for sections 2,3,4,5, etc. besides the last one. Styles 1 and 2 have much more variety of sections.

5. Is there a way to easily remove the hover style?

6. We don’t see a paypal button in the cart, only the checkout. How can we add it to the cart?

I installed the theme on my BigCommerce website and some of sections just say

specify category URL to display module in the language file lang/en.json. Find key wbTheme › wb_supper_category > category_auto > category_url

any idea on how to get rid of that?

I’m setting up a store using your template. But the categories are only showing 9 How can I extend to show 25 main categories? I’m not seeing mega menu options so I can adjust this or how it displays?
