There was a Radio Button option for Shipping method. I already checked on everything. I don’t want the use to choose that. Can I disable for the radio button option. Enlighten me the way.

HI, I am using firstdata payment gateway on the site and it seems like its conflicting with the theme. It was working before but all of a sudden I am not sure what happened, if e-g there is wrong details are added it shows the error message correctly but then refresh the checkout page. It should not refresh the checkout. Similarly if the details are correct at checkout then again sometime after processing order it goes to the checkout page and show empty cart message.
I am not sure why theme is doing this, but when I enabled default WordPress theme it work fine with the payment gateway, so it must be related to your theme which is reloading the checkout page.
Can you please tell me how to disable ajax functionality on checkout page only? I can provide you demo logins to test it further as well.
And please check the video , it will show you what is the issue I am facing. Its really urgent as its creating mess with the live site. After customer finished order, it keeps returning customers to checkout page. Not sure why its keep on triggering checkout hook or something. Please check.

Sorry, but there is no such option in our theme and WordPress by default. It may require additional code customization or extra plugin but we don’t have an instruction for this. It is out of our theme support scope.

Yes, you can write your categories description for each category in Dashboard -> Products -> Categories. Then, enable an option to display the descriptions after the products in Theme Settings -> Shop -> Category description position.

I have a strange problem.
On the shop’s website I use the “woodmart stock status filter” widget. Exactly I mean: “On Sale filter”. I don’t know why but it doesn’t filter properly. It shows all products, not just “on sale”.
Can you tell me what I’m doing wrong? Why does the filter not only show “on sale” products?
How can I filter “on sale” products differently?
Let me mention that the “in stock” filter works fine. “on sale” shows everything, even those sold out products.

Damn! Firstly, I tried to ask you a question about the template I bought on your support forum (https://xtemos.com/forums/forum/woodmart-premium-template), I even created an account there, but every time I access this link… this page magically logs me out, so there is no way to ask you a question.
To the point. I have a problem with the “checkout” page – on your template (https://woodmart.xtemos.com/checkout/) you can choose the following options: “Create an account?”, “SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?”, “I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions * ”... I don’t see it anywhere in my version of your template. Only “BILLING DETAILS” and “Order notes” are displayed. I also don’t know where to configure it. I also tried to import / overwrite it from the “Additional pages” tab in the Woodmart dashboard, but it does not appear there.
Please note that I have the latest version of the 5.2 template, I installed it according to your recommendations also filling the template with the “dummy content”.

These options are related to the WooCommerce plugin and they should be configured in the plugin’s settings. Refer to plugin’s documentation or contact their support for help.
As for the forum, try to clear your browser cache and all cookies and log in on the forum again. Or try to use some other browser to do this.

The activated theme is wordpress, the backend editor/builder works perfectly fine on “Pages” but not in “product page”. The difficultly im facing is designing the “product page description” like i wanted. (Adding rows & columns)

Hello, I am configuring a shop using your template, to replace other template. The old templated used WP Bakery, and I like is not possible move to Elementor, I stay with WP Bakery like you mention in your guide. But now after some tests, when I am working on the backend and I go to preview the pages, if I click to back to the Dashboard, I always get a 500 Error code, I already tried to disable some plugins, and noticed that the error appears after combine a couple of plugins, and no matter which plugins I pick, the error always appears. Any idea what can be happening?

500 Internal Error is a generic error and says about some issue on the server and can be caused by different things. Anyway, to understand its nature you need to see your server error logs or enable PHP error display on the website. If you can’t do this, you need to contact your hosting provider for help in this question. Thank you for your questions.
You can do the following to achieve that:
1. Disable AJAX add to cart button in our theme and WooCommerce Settings.
2. Enable the WooCommerce option to redirect the user to the cart page after adding to cart.
3. And you can make the cart and checkout page one and the same page so then your customers will be redirected to the checkout page skipping the cart page right after clicking “add to cart” button.
