I just installed the theme and imported demo data. I am trying to customize logo, header, footer details through Customizer > General > Logo. Here it keeps loading and loading, nothing appear.

I have Vework theme and after Updating Vework Core to 2.0 from wordpress plugin I am unable to activate the plugin again ! I am also download from Envato and update manualy but same thing cannot activate the pluging ! I get this error : Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error. when I go to your support to open a ticket I cannot find Vework in the choosing list and I have 2 licenses for Vework … I always have a problem with that theme make my website very slow :-/ I need help asap !!
P.S. I am also deactivate all plugins to check if I have a conflig with other plugins but same error : Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error !

Hi I am trying to re-install vework on the same domain but I get this error : This purchase code already registered with another domain Please go to your previous working environment and deactivate the purchase code to use it again ( WP dashboard -> Vework -> Registration -> click on the button “Deactivate” ).
- the problem is I already delete the website so I cannot access the dashboard to Deactivate the registration ! can you please Deactivate the code from you side asap please

Unable to fully customize. The style option when editing on elementor isnt available and general colour customization option isn’t available on the customize theme option.

My support has expired. This happened before when I first installed in. I had to reach out for help. Instead of you all to tell me where to fix it, you did it yourself. I am having to redesign the site and same problem exists. I cant modify colours. Some changes refuse to be retained.

Nope you can get updated rev slider plugin files in each theme updates because we are using extended license for it. Thank you
