I’m waiting for the support reply too. The theme has some glitches and issues. I think It happened because some coding are not updated properly to be compatible with the lates version of Wordpress. But I still love the design.

You need to update your support plan and download the latest version. Otherwise you’ve got mismatching WordPress version and theme version.
Is that something new envato is doing? I’ve never had to renew support to download the latest version of any theme I purchased.
If you stay on WordPress previous version – you do not need to update the theme.
As I can see other users are having the same issue and on other themes I have purchased my support is up and I still receive the updates on those themes. This needs to be fixed
We do not fix WordPress, Wpbakery plugin, JS and Revslider. Only theme.

Just wondering when you might update this theme so the wpbakery backend editor works again without having to install a temporary fix? Here is what wpbakery has to say: 4.1 Since WordPress 5.5 update, backend editor does not work and only display shortcodes The issue is arising from one of the plugins or theme which is dependent upon “jquery-migrate” which is no longer enabled by default since WordPress 5.5. This plugin/theme in-turn is affecting WPBakery Page Builder and causing the issue with backend editor. To fix this, you can install a plugin: Enable jQuery Migrate Helper (https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/) on your setup so that there is no such issue. Please note that this is a temporary fix until the plugin/theme which causes the issue, release an update with a fix.
Here is the file causing the issue. and I am updated to the current version: wp-content/themes/bellaria/js/cws_main.js: jQuery.fn.load() is deprecated
Do you have the latest version of the theme? What is your version?
I downloaded it yesterday from here and updated. It says it is version 1.1.0. However in your changelog on the product page it says you are at 1.1.1 so I am not sure if this is correct.
Then just update to the latest

I did all the steps and even changed the set_time_limit(120); on the config, htaccess and the php.ini and I’m still getting a problem with importing
You need to send us support request via email – support team will help you with import. We need to take a look. It happens sometime. Hosting / PHP version / size of demo-file may be need to increase on your hosting.
It finally worked I believer one of my plugin’s was stopping it some how. But Now that the demo content is imported the main logo wont show up it’s replaced with my sites title.
Also the WPBakery editor just keeps loading
It can be your plugins again. deactivate it for some time and try one’s more time

Hello, you don’t need to register the slider plugin, it comes bundled with this theme so you can use it. So, what you need now is to import the demo sliders, which is an easy process. Let me know if you need help here.

THe Sidebar widgets went to inactive and do not have the sidebar options that we use to have? They are however in the inactive area but in the widget section only showing Page Left Sidebar Page Right Sidebar & Footer. How can i return back to what was there previously.
