Data importing doesn’t start. All my plugins are active and the configuration is set as given in the documentation still not able to start the importing of the demo

I am working with a consultant in WPO who has helped me in improving load speed, saving server resources and others.

The problem that arises is that once Worpress was updated to version 5.5.1, Woocommerce 4.1 and SNS SIMEN to 3.9, on my website the product grid looks unconfigured and I can’t do it function.

The people who are helping me told me that it is an incompatibility which is getting out of hand because they have already done all the WPO work and it was fine, but once I updated the aforementioned the site was deconfigured.
