Outstock 2 is another theme design it work as a different theme not is update version for outstock 1.

It maybe the folder of plugin already exist in your web directory : wp-content/plugins
Please remote on file manager and remove them then install again.
Other reason maybe come from your current PHP user not has permissions on your web directory. Please read this article to see more: https://wordpress.org/support/article/changing-file-permissions/

is there any way to install plug in manually ? because everytime i install the plug in via WP Admin, the message always looks the same
about file permision, i already change the permision oh the themes to 755
If you don’t use right way to install plugin, it maybe can not read plugin files. You can try to download each plugin then upload extract to wp-content/plugins
But you should fix the permission issue instead trying to lack it.

If you don’t have production data, you can install WP Reset plugin, It will run to refresh your wordpress site as fresh install without any data from imported.
But please ensure that, All your current data will lost after reset WP.

That is default concept of woo-commerce, our theme still keep they displayed as default, don’t want use the tab in there you can modify it to other layout.

Outstock has two design version (two theme) you can choice which design version you like as our demo sites: https://demo.lion-themes.net/outstock https://demo.lion-themes.net/outstock2Both are latest version and please note you only can use one of theme can not switch to other (mixing content will happen).

That is a display setting of woocommerce, to setting for global apply for all categories you can set in Appearance -> Customize -> WooCommerce. In each category, it has individual display setting when you edit it. Please find and try to setting to have your expection.
I have try before. This display good on shop page. But on category page, the subcategory not shown.
Do you sure the category currently setting has at least one sub-category ?

Well, It is too large to loading your shop page. Why you only set 46 items then enable scroll down to load more products ?
But if I scrol down the products don’t show up.. How can I change this?

There is a call to the bkg_newleeter.jpg file using http which is throwing a certificate error. Can you tell me where this is called so I can disable? Or correct it in your theme and publish an update.

When you install redux and helper plugin from theme plugins required. You can see the Theme Options menu on the Admin sidebar menu (near end bottom items). In there, we have many settings for theme example logo, fonts, colors, header, footer, products, blog ….
The load more button doesn’t load new products, But loads the same products again. Why does this happen?

You can try setting display out stock products or not in: WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products -> Inventory Check or Uncheck out stock visibility.
no I want that the products can stay at the shop page, but that a messages in the picture or somtething like that say out of stock.
So in the thumbnail or product foto out of stock, that customers on the shop page can see that the product is out of stock
Ah, To display stock label in shop page or products list block on home page or somewhere, we must customize a little in archive layout or you can use a simple plugin, but I think it is easy and you can active child theme and send us a support ticket with your site info. We can get the stock label out for you.

You can try to upload the bigger x2 in logo size. Then send a support ticket we will help you reduce it to display for retina devices.
If I upload it 2 times bigger, the logo will show also 2 times so big. Normal you can upload also a retina logo

You only can choose one of two version. They are different versions, you should remove old LionThemes Helper plugin version too. That plugin is helper for current theme version.

Hi, sorry we only have English version as standard. We have no staff know Italian to translate it. You should use Loco Translate plugin to process translate our theme, that plugin is free and popular in use. Also, you can manage or control your text better.
Hi, when I update to woocommerce 4.4 I started having problems. When my clients place an order, the “thank you” root url page is duplicated. It looks something like this: jazaguilar.com/checkout/jazaguilar.com/checkout/order-received/. I verifed it with my default theme(storefront) and everthing is going normal there. And the second thing is that neither me nor my clients are receiving emails when a purchased is done.
Thanks for your report, our theme still in checking for compatible with woocommerce 4.4 . You should not update woocommerce version before theme release support version. But can you send a support ticket with more info for steps to see this problem. We will update on new version soon.

Our theme still working fine with WordPress 5.5, but with newest woocommerce 4.4 it will has a warning in dashboard about out of date files version, please don’t worry about that, it still compatible, we will update soon to hide that warning.
