We are still unable to reproduce this. This could be due to the lazy loading feature for images added in WordPress 5.5 version. Please try installing the Disable Lazy Load plugin.

We are not sure why the images are not displaying on your end. The masonry lists is showing correctly on our end in Firefox (please see screenshot).

Hi, the Mansory is ok. We see this on Firefox. But if we go to Portfolio-item the images don´t appear. please go to https://scherrieble-design.de/portfolio-item/web-design/. The images are not visible, but on mouseover they are clickable and if we click the images the lightbox start and show them.

Once we check the single portfolio item the images are being displayed as well both on Firefox on Mac and PC. You could alternatively turn of page transitions from the Theme Options > General.
You can also try to add this code to Appearance > CUstomize > Additional CSS:

Hello there. Pre-sell question please. I see that there was no update since long time. Still is everything ok with the theme ? Should i be worry of that ? I usually buy themes that have been updates in the past weeks / months but when i see ” Last Update 1 September 2021” i am worried. Can you reassure me please ? Thx !

Please note that our developers are constantly working on updates for all our themes. The theme is working fine so there should be no issues using it! At the moment we don’t have any ETA when the new update will come out but we hope it will be released soon and you will for sure be notified once a theme update is out.

The current version of the theme listed in change log should work correctly with this plugin.
If they are having troubles to access their account from which the theme was purchased they can try contacting Envato Support. Alternatively, you can purchase the theme again to have access to the current version and future updates.

If you are running latest WordPress version, please try using this plugin as a temporary solution if you run into issues with widgets on the latest WordPress version.
Newer WordPress versions introduced block based widgets feature, so we do recommend using this plugin which reverts widgets back to classic as a temporary solution until we add compatibility with block based widgets.
You should know that in case you need latest version of any bundled plugin you can submit a ticket at our Help Center or contact us through this email (just add your purchase code in the mail) and our support agents will provide you with latest version.

To use the theme on the latest WordPress version you should use this plugin.

Hello, I purchased the Aton theme and installed it on my domain. All pre-requisite plugins have been installed and activated, however the revolution sliders on the home pages is not working. The location where the slider is supposed to be has a black polygon and it says “Oops….slider with the alias main home slider not found”. Kindly assist.

When I turn-off ‘Smooth Page Transitions’ in the Select Theme options and save the changes, it doesn’t save. When I refresh the page, it’s still on. How do I remove transitions across the whole site as they just slowing down the user experience.

We tested this behavior on our local installation and everything works fine, we could manage to reproduce the issue.
Check do you have the latest version of our theme and all required plugins. Follow this article in order to update them properly. After you update the theme all of the bundled plugins with the available updates should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.

How come when I installed the latest version (1.7), the next thing I know my site has a critical error. text block and other things that I created are just gone and certain elements that are visible on your Live Preview aren’t accessible.

The theme version is 1.7 but please check that you have updated the plugins to the latest version as well, as this is of great importance.
