Hi, I will like to buy this theme. I like demo “Goodgame” but doesn’t have LOGIN/REGISTER feature as you say… or at least I don’t see that on demo. Also doesn’t have the major social media links.. So before I buy can you tell me this:
1. Login/Register Form can also be on theme “GoodGame” ? (in demo I can’t see it) 2. I need to have discord on social media widget, but in demo there isn’t, can be this edited on theme options? 3. Also you assure very good page speed but on gtmetrix and pagespeed of google is not so good Can you optimize it to reach at least 95% points.
You can enable it on the GoodGame demo as well. Unfortunately, there is no discord option at the moment. We cannot optimize your site for you.
Please provide information on the latest theme update. Every time an update is published, there is no information provided. Can you make sure that the information is added before/as soon as the update is published???

Hello, I was on version 2.1.2 and upgraded with the most recent version 4.3.0 but nothing is displaying on the site. I have since restored back to version 2.1.2 . How can this be fixed?

My support has expired and I would have to repurchase, that doesnt make sense as I haven’t needed support until this most recent update. It says its an issue with the upgrade file version 4.3.0
I also cannot activate the license for WP Bakery which came with the theme update, please assist.

WPBakery plugin does not need activation to use.
My theme continues to say “activate visual composer” I add in the item purchase code from my good life theme license certificate and the page says “no licenses found” so there is an issue here as I’ve had this theme for 3 years.
In which it also states updates and support is managed by your WP theme author
You do not need to activate the plugin. You can use it fully without activation.

Just updated WP Bakery following advice from the thee plugins page saying it needs to be updated, now my website won’t work. It says files not found when trying to update and I can’t revert to an older version. Is there any way around this?

I’d have to repurchase support so I can’t as I’m out of the office for the day, but it’s an issue with your upgrade file because it said one isn’t found. If you could just check to make sure the correct files are uploaded or.a lot of people will have problems. Only seems to be happening to my home page.
Can you please update the change log for the new update (4.2.5)? I feel like it should be standard procedure to add the information BEFORE pushing the update to wordpress.

You can update it within WP Admin > GoodLife > Install Plugins if you have activated your theme.

Hi, there is another prob. I had submitted to support already but i get a reply from them saying “it works well on my chrome from my end”...
Could you please look into it. This is the issue :-
The load more button loads post. On mobile it works well but on desktop it does not work well at all. On desktop, when clicking load more, the post gets loaded above the load more button… that should not be the way it works.
This is clearly a bug. Please fix it.

Like I have said repeatedly, unless WPBakery developers reply with a solution, we cannot change anything. The single post pages are not made for page builders.
What is their reply to you? did they say “oh wait we are testing it out” ? come on, you show this to be working on your demo but when is it installed you say WP Bakery has an issue. Fix it.
Nope, we do not use WP Bakery elements inside article content on our demos.
Then what do you use? Because that is what i got when i installed the site! Guys, come on, its been so long and you are not giving me a proper answer to this.
You can use regular Classic editor or Gutenberg.

How long do you expect me to wait for a proper reply from you guys… at least explain to me me why the issue is happening and why WP Bakery is involved when the infinite scroll is part of your theme’s options.
If you guys are to busy, then dont sell anything you can’t handle by support.

Hi, been a long time user of GoodLife theme but recently I have been facing a lot of issue, specially in Google Search Console. The Search Console has been presenting with lot of issue, and I am pretty sure most of it is mainly down to the theme.
Here are some issues that I am facing while using this theme: 1. Core Web Vitals 2. Breadcrumbs 3. Review snippets
The Core Web Vitals is mainly down to the UI/UX as well as load time of the website. So maybe it can be minimized/fixed to some extent.
However, the “Breadcrumbs” issue has been plaguing my site since the v4.0 update, it’s annoying so please fix it.
Also, the Review snippets is not at all supported by Google. I hope you’ll fix that as well.
