Very promising but a lot of issues. No longer supports ie. thats crazy. Not mobile friendly at all. In addition the page load rating goes to 10 on mobile and 40 on desktop on google with no apps installed. Crazy…

Does this theme works differently than those of Shopify theme themselve?
Because I can’t get the dropdown Menu in the header. Only the main menu appears but not the submenu as dropdown.
How can I solve this?

HI I had purchased this theme 4 months ago with one year support. I now want to use this theme but I face issue here. I installed it following your videos guide. but I can’t get the Menu and product compare and whishlist features. I install them successfully but they don’t appear in the header.

I go Theme Setting —-> General setting -—>Template Skin. It doesnt work if I change it here…

You can install new theme or copy/paste setting_data.json files to change skins.

Hi. I bought the theme. I need some support, but can’t submit any ticket. It says “We are sorry. You have been restricted from accessing this helpdesk page.”

Hello. I had 3 presale questions, but it’s asking for Purchase code on ticket. Grateful if you could confirm the following: 1. If a product has different variants with different prices, how does it display on the collection page. ie, does it display as a range (USD 10 – USD 20 for instance) or ‘as from price’ (as from USD 10) 2. Would you be able to send me a link to show how collection page is displayed. I could not find view on the template. 3. Can I put a logo on the menu instead of a text?

We are new in shopify and interested in purchasing you template. Can you please send us more for the following :
a) About adding multi languages. Will we be able to create easily multi languages without using an APP ? Will this be done by creating 2 separate stores, one for each language ?
b) We want to create a store with 2 user levels, the first level will be public showing the products without pricing and the second level will be with login access that will show the products with prices. How will this be done ? Can we do it without an APP ?

Hello! This is a pre-purchase query. I really like this theme and consider buying it. I have seen the feature grouped products, and was wondering if there is any possibility to give discount, for example 10% discount on the second product when buying 2, and 30% discount on the third product when buying 3 products etc. Looking forward to hearing from you.

In the Installer please select 1.3-fashion in the ‘Select Version’ dropdown list. Once you do so, in the ‘Select Preset’, option ‘Fashion 14’ will appear.
