This theme is horrible, many issues, elementor not working. Visual composer non working. No way to customize in a normal way. The Theme elemts are unsuable. I would like a refund of my purchase. let me know ho proceed

Item doesn’t work the way it should. It’s almost 15 years that I work with wordpress and i know what I am saying. Elementor and gutremberg togheter !!! No text and image elements but just a “theme option” area where you can put once the content of the Elemnts. You even have not an email for the support but a whastapp phone number. It is a very very low quality theme. Please just refund my purchase as “Item doesn’t work the way it should”.
Sorry but i won’t refund , i will submit a dispute for rating 1 start for no reason at all . This is the best way to provide support, the fastest for cleints .

Sorry but i won’t approve it because there isn’t any reason for giving the refund. You could not ask for refunds on the past because you are new , just opened the account in Novemeber .

So my problems are: 1) installed the demo, slider only shows the first slide, next two are grey. 2) Contact map not loading, no JS error, added API keys. looks like map isn’t being initialised? 3) in theme options / shorcodes can’t add or delete socials. buttons inactive. 4) safari theme options text is massive – css issue? 5) getting an error in admin console: Undefined property: Vc_Updater::$title in /xxxxxx/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/classes/updaters/class-vc-updating-manager.php on line 99

ok so starting to resolve some of these issues. The map not loading issue is due to the museumwp-toolkit plugin using the same handle for all wp_enqueue_script() calls. worse, the first one called is for a non-existent element ‘hello-world.js’. the fix is to 1) use unique enqueue handles in museumwp-toolkit/museumwp-toolkit.php 2) comment out the hello-world.js in museumwp-toolkit/elementor/widget.php – Suspect this issue has been exposed by the modern WP version.
The buttons not working in the theme admin / shortcodes screen is also traces back to the museumwp-toolkit plugin. This time its a function in museumwp-toolkit/includes/redux/extensions/ow_repeater/ow_repeater/field_ow_repeater.min.js using a deprecated query function ’.live()’ https://api.jquery.com/live/ dunno what to do about this one, the last version of jquery that supported .live() is ancient. Is a rewrite of this file on the roadmap?

Hello am using elementor with wordpress and on my homepage, under gallery all three boxes that link to gallery page are not showing up. only one box is showing up and it appear the image is broken.

Hello, I have a question regarding Museum theme… We need our site to be on three languages (Macedonian, Albanian and English) but the shortcodes (specifically History, About Us and Clients) which are edited in the Theme settings, can only be on one language. I tried to change them using Polylang Plugin, but with no success. Can you please help me how to solve this problem?

I have a question regarding Events Grid system or events in general. Is there a way to keep showing older events in the list? I would like to keep the events in the list, even after they are over. Otherwise, my list will get empty at some point.
Is there a way to achieve that? I can even handle the coding part, if you can guide me on where to look (if there is no easy option to do that).
