The breadcrumb image does not work. No matter where you upload the image. I tried uploading the image from Theme options, Page Options, Category option. The image doesn’t appear at all. And there is no sense in replying “Please open a ticket” All The comments have same reply which makes the comments least useful.
People who are yet to buy should be able to see how better support you provide.

I understand what you say. But, we need customer to open a ticket and give us website information because the theme works fine on our side. So, we need to check customer’s website.
In your case, you may be selecting breadcrumb layout which does not support background image. You should go to Theme Options > Header and check it again.

You can not update the WPBakery Page Builder plugin in Appearance > Install Plugins. To update the WPBakery Page Builder plugin, you need to delete it first. Then, you go to Appearance > Install Plugins and install it again.

Your theme (Yoome) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:
Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.

Hi there, I love your theme and have really enjoyed using it. I am however having one issue. I can’t seem to get my logo to show up on mobile at all in the header, menu and footer.
I have resized the logo and it still doesn’t work. I then removed the mobile logo so the main logo would default and it still doesn’t show?
The logo shows up perfectly on desktop but I have tried everything even clearing the cache on the desktop and mobile and still, nothing shows up.

As I make websites and first I install it in a personal domain and when it´s done I move it to my client domain, I need that the theme doesnt ask me for a “licence code” to use it.

I like the “portfolio” section and I want to change the breadcrumbs-image on top of the page.
I tried to set the custom field “ts_bg_breadcrumbs” with an image-url. But this doesn’t seem to take affect.
Should this be working? Or is there another way to change the image?

You go to Appearance > Theme Options > Header > Breadcrumb Options >Breadcrumbs Background Image > change your images or you go to Edit Page > Header – Breadcrumb > Breadcrumb Background Image > change your images ( if you want to only change breadcrumb background image for portfolio ).
