Please note that due to safety measures related to COVID-19 the updating of our themes is a bit delayed but please note that we are working really hard on this and that we are constantly working on updating all our themes, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out. You will for sure be notified when the theme update is out. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Hello, it is fixed, but I have another issues.
1. If you check my page https://www.metlos.cz/ and go to any post then back and again visit a post and back. If you do it on mobile links dont work. I have tried to turn off all plugins and try to switch to main theme (i have child theme) and issue with link is still there. 2. Edge sticky sidebar doesnt work https://prnt.sc/tqzxh1 same page https://www.metlos.cz/

Hi, can the song that loads automatically be disable? I liked it at first but then it gets a little annoying that keeps starting. I muted the song but when I load another page the song starts again. I think it would be better if the song stays muted once the user mutes it. I am interested in this theme but have this question

The sidebar was not displayed on shop pages for single-product (so I modified the template to add it) and also on product-category pages but normal woocommerce templates are not used, could you tell me where I can modify the product-taxonomy templating? I think it’s on framework folder but I didn’t find where. I saw the product loop template is content-product.php.

Hello, Could you update the template? It was not updated since more than 6 months. For Woocommerce the version 3.4.0 is out of date. The core version is 4.0.0, Lot of templates are out of date and the style is not optimized (some items broken). Wp Backery is also out of date. Thanks

Hey, the theme looks great but works badly, the way it is developed is badly written unfortunately. it is so heavy and loads everything all the time even if modules are not in use. i could not get the site to pass 10/100 score in page speed even after installing caching plugins and even CDN, This should explain more:

Hi, have updated WP and Theme and it fixed the login and previously warnings, but got a new warning in text-snippets on frontpage posts and inside posts as well. (Had to set text-Lenght to 0 on frontpage news articles)

Is the email subscribe in this template mailchimp compatible?

We are using Contact Form 7 plugin so you could use extension for Mailchimp.
The theme doesn’t have the mailchimp integration with it, but you should be able to install it and use it without any issues.
We added CF7 integration, so you could just add mailchimp extension.

I paid for this template and when I went to install it at first it was giving me blank pages. I disabled the plugins and started seeing the content. When I activated Edge and visual composer it deleted my whole entire database. Now my site goes to sitename/wp-admin/install.php Everything on my site is gone. WTF!

Anyhow, please note that it’s not possible that just activating some plugin/s can delete wp database.
Most likely something has not been installed or adjusted correctly, or it can be related with some 3rd party plugin or something was uploaded wrong.
Try to download a fresh copy of the theme from Theme Forest site and then install / activate it. Then re-install all required plugins.
