I know this is not the place for support but it appears that the support team doesn’t know what they are doing and it’s now been 6 days just to get it installed and it appears that I’ll have to wait ANOTHER 24 hrs because your tech support is only good from 1:00am – 9:00am my time and it’s 8 am now. I live in MST time zone for those that are in the USA and want to get support from this developer.

After installing one-click import, All the products on the demos will be replaced with 6 sample products and placeholder images also for a slight loading
- All the demo links on submenu connected with this link ” ?woocommerce_product_catalog_layout=layout-2 ” http://prntscr.com/sp3qzf.... only run on our demo, because we are using a private plugin to show plentiful options in customize. And with the issue that your demo hasn’t run, just need to rechoose to config 1 product style in “admin/ appearance / customize/ wocommerce/”
