Hi, very beautiful theme and just what I am looking for. However, 1- using my Iphone if i click on a product the short description is showing for one sec only and then i am taken to the product! 2- The DOM size is very high, can you reduce that a bit? 3- You did not combine the css and JScript, as a result the page loud is very slow! Can you combine them before I buy the theme? I know there are plugins to do that, but it has side-effect which we do not want.

1. Yes, when you click on the product on mobile it redirects you to the product page, and the description is shown as it works on desktop.
2. The DOM size corresponds to the number of elements on the page. To reduce it you may decrease the number of products, images, menu items, etc.

I installed the theme about 3 days ago and, due to it being so well coded and easy to use I’ve made significant progress (https://flyhemplife.com/). One thing eludes me, however, and that is the ability to customize the SEARCH bar at the top of the page. I would like to have rounded corners. Hello. We found an serious error with displaying the woodmart template in Google Chrome on macos Big Sur. The website on the Woodmart template does not display properly (does not display all graphics, i.e. slider, banners, product photos). I get an error in the console: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘1’ of null theme.min.js?ver=5.3.3:4 (/wpcontent/themes/woodmart/js/theme.min.js?ver=5.3.3). The website is displayed correctly on other browsers (Safari, Firefox, Opera). We hope you will fix this serious bug in the next update. Best regards!
Earlier in macos Catalina there were no problems. The problem is in the javascript code in file “theme.min.js?ver=5.3.3”. In the console, it shows problems with the following code with containing text: “Mac OS X”, “osVersion” and “flashVersion”. Will you fix this error any time soon?

i am trying to add item in the cart to test the demo, initially cart icon gets updated and shows one item but when i click checkout the cart gets empty ….can u check pls ???

There is somekind of “bug” in the checkout. Can not delete the items there, but it works in the cart. Known issue? All things are up to date.

Hi! And congratulations for the great work you’ve made with the theme. I’ve downloaded the latest version of the theme (5.3.3) and I’ve found that it comes with a very (very) old version of the WPBakery Page Builder plugin (5.7) and the Revolution Slider Plugin (6.2.9). In fact, the latter one is not compatible with Wordpress 5.5+. Is it possible to get the latest versions of these plugins? Thanks in advance.

Actually, it comes with the latest versions of both plugins. Be sure that you have installed them via Appearance -> Install plugins. The one in the theme’s package might be outdated. We will update them in the next update too.

Any news regarding latest WooCommerce (4.7) and WPBakery confilct, when getting blank front editor page?
We are not able to add a ticket to WPB support, as WPB is bundled with your theme and we also don’t have a valid licence for it.
I know, it’s not woodmart’s error, but we can not use it with the latest woocommerce for now. And it’s the same with other themes, powered by WPB.
So, it would be ok, if you can do something on this.

Google usually scores with 20-40 points mobile performance for 99% of websites built with WordPress. To get more points you need to have a really light page. For example remove all sliders, carousels and leave a few banners and products only. Then you will get a high result. But usually, our theme works very fast on mobile devices and don’t have any problems with performance. We suggest you to test it on a few mobile devices and you will see that there are no real performance problems. I have choose to show attribute swatches (size) to product grid. But I see sometimes sizes that has 0 quantity and inside the product I see the right sizes available. If I change quantities, click save and change again quantities like as before and click again save, everything is ok. I see the right sizes to products grid. What is the problem?

Hi, I’ve edited several products to uncheck label “new” and I got to many issues with calls to datebase, because this increase a lot the load average.
As an other customer suggest you, will be great to add as soon as posible in a new update the following advice:
“What I suggested was a simple option in Theme Settings to set a number of days, and any product that is added or edited or updated gets the NEW label for that number of days that we set in settings (let’s say we set that number to 60. now if we edit a product and increase the stock or change the price, then the product will get the NEW label for 60 days and after 60 days after the latest change will automatically lose the NEW label)”

I just ran into a big problem after updating plugins that conflicted with the theme. The layout of my site was broken, the menu of my page was found cut off then a part was embedded in the footer.
I initially deactivated all the offending plugins, but that did not change the problem. I then deleted all these plugins and deactivated all other plugins as well. But the problem continued. So I changed wordpress version, but the problem remained.
I therefore took an earlier version of Woodmart, put back in 5.2. and the problem was solved. Before this big issue happened, I had 4 updates including Woocommerce 4.7, YITH WooCommerce Compare, to another WooCommerce tax plugin (...), then a last plugin: WP Cost Estimation & Payment Forms Builder.
I have the impression that version 5.3.3 conflicted with the version either of WooCommerce in 4.7 or with the last update of Woodmart Core, or one of its plugins. But having removed all these plugins, the problem was not resolved.
Could you take a look at this problem preventing me from using the latest version of Woodmart?
