Regarding the problem of the area block in the classic editor that I could not use or modify and Neighborhoods areas that I could not create in the Resideo plugin. I finally found the source of the problem. An inadequacy with PHP 7.4. In version 5.6, 7.0 and finally 7.3 that i use now, everything seems to work normally. The incident is therefore closed for me .. Anyway many thanks for your assistance.

The contact form is not working on properties, the contact page, or the footer. The URL is www.sterlingluxe.com. What am I missing? I just uploaded the latest version of the theme too.

I still have not heard from you. This is getting ridiculous. A VERY BASIC FUNCTION of your theme is broken, on all the different pages that I can possibly use it, and your solution is to have me send you a private message that takes you multiple days to “investigate”??? How is this theme even for sale on Themeforest if you can’t make the basic functions work. Your theme description sounds more like fraud than incompetence at this point.
I don’t even want a refund. I want to leave this thread on here for anyone who is considering buying your theme to see so they know it’s a joke.

Sorry you feel this way. But this is how it works with this kind of issue you have with your website’s contact forms. This “very basic function” might not work on your server from multiple reasons. One of these reasons in many cases is because of the server configuration, issue that can be solved by your hosting provider. Another reason might be because of the “headers” that are sent by the wp_mail() function, which might not be supported by your server configuration. However, in most cases this functionality could go wrong due to a server configuration. Now because you restricted the access to your admin dashboard, we recommend you to test your server’s ability to send emails via WordPress wp_mail() default function using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/check-email/

Please make sure before install the theme, first unpack the package received from themeforest, that is not the theme you need to install. After unzip-ing the package, you’ll find inside a folder called theme and in it a zip file > that is the theme file.

I tried to add an Areas bock to my home page, but neither with the classic editor or the Gutenberg editor let me add that block. On the classic editor doesn’t happen anything when I click the button. With the Gutenberg it show a message error, simply saying that the bock can not be showed.
How can I resolve this?? Could you help me?

Regarding the content edit, the demos were exported using the WordPress Classic Editor.
So we recommend for starting with a demo to install the Classic Editor plugin.
