Trying to figure out if there is an issue with another plugin, otherwise I’ll extend my support. It worked fine just a couple of weeks ago.

Interesting! Please do test your other plugins, as if it was working fine only a few weeks ago, then that would likely mean something must have changed on your site. If you can’t find the cause, open that ticket and if possible – share admin login details (or the exact steps to recreate it) so the support team can investigate and get to the bottom of it

I’m afraid I’m not 100% sure about all the WPML offerings, but you should be able to translate any page, so ones you create with the Tipi builder can be made in different languages for sure. I believe sidebars can also be translatable (create different versions for different languages) so I think you should be fine

Potential bug report. When I try to insert an “Inline Post” block into an article, it says “Loading…” and never actually loads anything, it just says “Loading…” forever. If I preview the post, it does display something (I assume it’s the most recent post in the same category) but I can’t choose which post it is.

Yes, I’ve extended theme support a couple times. Just don’t see the need for me to pay for support again if it’s an issue with the code and not on my side. But if nobody else has ever reported this, I guess it’s on my side.

As far as I’m aware no one has ever reported this one, and Gutenberg is buggy so there’s a chance it’s caused by a random other plugin. If you can’t solve it, you will indeed need to open a ticket and include all steps to recreate so that it can be investigated deeper.

Zeen v4 is indeed under development but it won’t be released for some more time. There will be further updates before v4, such as the upcoming v3.9.7 which will be out this coming week
And if you’ve used Zeen for long enough, you’ll know that each major milestone update (v1, v2, v3) have been absolutely massive updates, and you can expect the same for v4

I struggle to have my homepage nice and smooth for tablets, because your theme only have options to show/hide on desktop or mobile… and not specifically on tablets.
Please add the possibility to show and hide for tablet devices, as some elements really don’t fitt with a lot of tablet sizes in portrait format.

Suggestion: I had a UX review and the person reviewing it couldn’t figure out how to close the newsletter popup box. The “x”, which is usually in the upper-right corner of the popup itself, is in the upper-right corner of the whole screen, which as it turns out isn’t very intuitive and can lead to a higher bounce rate because of users that think “there’s no way to close it”.
Can we get that fixed or at least an option for it?

Users can also press the ESC key to close it or click any part of the background of the lightbox to close it too, not just on the X. However, that is a valid point and will be re-visited.

Hi there! Is there a way to change the location of titles on classic blocks? For example, we would love to have our titles above the featured image in classic blocks. Additionally, it would be great to control the height on column blocks in the builder. For example, if we choose a 3 column block, it would be nice to have the blocks match each other’s heights. To turn it off go to the theme options > Sliding Promo Box. You’ll find an on/off option under the “Promo Box Inside Posts” section in there.

Is there a way to target the slide-in menu font size using CSS instead of using the customization menu’s font slider which also changes the font throughout the entire site?

Hello, I’m new to the theme but loving it so far! I was looking to get some more menu control (specifically for the slide-in menu) so I downloaded a menu plugin called SuperFly (https://bit.ly/2Tp9ib5) and while it’s options are showing up in the main wordpress dashboard and the Zeen Customize menu, it is not overriding the Zeen’s default menu. Please advise how I might be able to do so… Thank you!

Hm, I’m afraid I have no idea as it depends on how the plugin works – you’ll need to contact the plugin author on how to bolt it on to themes.
Zeen follows all best coding WordPress standards and practises, including the usage of hooks and filters, so it should be possible.

Parece que Google Discover posiciona mejor las páginas que muestran de forma clara la información de los autores del post, y priorizando el contenido AMP, y con Zeen no se muestra la bio del autor en las páginas AMP.

Claro, es que hay una cuestión, y es que hay cosas que son problemas técnicos propios del sitio web y necesidad de adaptaciones, y otras cuestiones que son faltas de funcionalidad o posibles errores. Si no hay problema de abrir tickets de soporte, siempre usaré esa vía
Por otro lado, que no sea posible eso es una lástima. He estado viendo que otros temas permiten mostrar la biografía del autor en AMP, y dado que es algo que está pidiendo Google (https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/9046777?hl=es), debería de hacerse lo posible para implementarlo.
Es necesario tener soporte valido de Themeforest para pedir cualquier tipo de soporte, cuando lo extiendas podrás abrir tickets como siempre
Fui de los primeros en comprar y confiar en Zeen, porque admiro vuestro trabajo. Todos estos años lo he estado usando, y recomendando, y lo que suelo comentar no son problemas de soporte específicos de mi web, sino de funcionalidades que serían útiles para el tema. Lo que quieres decirme es que si no tienes soporte contratado, ¿no puedes comunicar falta de funcionalidades o problemas que se puedan encontrar? Insisto que entiendo que para determinados temas se deba tener contratado un soporte, pero para sugerir funciones necesarias, debería haber otra línea de contacto, pues no se trata de lo mismo.
Por desgracia, para todo webmaster, hacer caso de lo que dice Google es necesario, y ahora mismo están posicionando mejor los temas que muestran la biografía del autor en la página AMP, según Google indica en su documentación. Si esto es imposible de aplicar a Zeen, es como perder posicionamiento 
Y si para comunicar algo que ayudaría a todos los usuarios de Zeen tengo que contratar el mantenimiento, la verdad es que aquí estaría viendo un gran retroceso en el excelente servicio que se ha estado ofreciendo ahora. No veo normal, ni lógico, que se respondan cuestiones personales de soporte en estos comentarios, pero una vía para comunicar funcionalidades es MUY necesario.
Soy muy agradecido a eso, pero tenemos que seguir las reglas de Themeforest, no es cosa mia – lo siento :/

Solo comentar que hay un problema con Let’s Review, comentado hace años, que todavía no se ha resuelto, y se abrió ticket en su día. Las reviews con puntuación 100 no salen en primer lugar cuando ordenas por puntuación. Han pasado años, pero no se ha resuelto.
