I just purchase your template and downloaded but am confused about how to get started. I keep seeing other pages to purchase more products and am pretty frustrated. Hi! When I open the mobile navigation menu (3 lines), I select a menu item that is using an anchor – “Services” it does not close the menu. IT closes automatically hone the menu item is a new page of course. Is there a way to force the mobile menu to close when an Anchor (#) menu item is selected that is on the current page?
Hello, Anchor (#) is current page, you can change it when create menu. I think the current mobile menu is a lot of users and customers have not seen any complaints, or you are looking for something else that I do not understand yet.

New install on fresh WordPress using only theme demo data results in multiple API errors including:

Again this is a fresh install on a fresh Wordpress with NO modifications, using ONLY your demo data.
I’ve already struggled through non-existent documentation, was disappointed that you list it as “Gutenberg Optimized” when the them actually conflicts with Gutenberg and pointed out other existing errors including the theme’s inability to handle bulleted outlines.

Author is blaming it on the REQUIRED plugins that came packaged with the theme!?
Then why did you write a theme that requires plugins that conflict!?
This install is ONLY your theme and the plugins YOU included and that your theme requires
Author replies with excuses: “Hello, 3 critical issues As per WordPress Site Health Report, issue is not error, it’s their standard that we don’t have to follow, Theme Forest doesn’t forbid the use of session_start () function but they say no, we don’t remove them by excusing. We adhere to strict wordpress standards, and if you want to customize the website you bought to your liking you can hire 1 freelancer.”

2 WHY would I hire a freelancer to fix issues caused by a plugin your theme advertises it uses, is PACKAGED with the theme and REQUIRES use of the them to work as you advertise it to work!?
Hello odmaam, The REST API encountered an error coming from the “Booked” plugin, we purchased that plugin for our customer and we are not the author of that plugin, you absolutely cannot use it to remove that issue. I told you about “issue” and “error” that’s talking about the session_start () function message.
Hi, there seems to be an incompatibility between medcaline and version 6.9.6 of the newsletter plugin. With 6.9.3 running everything’s fine but if I upgrade to 6.9.6 the site stops loading. I’ve checked my log and I get this:
Uncaught Error: Call to undefined method NewsletterSubscription::get_subscription_form_html5() in /home/userx/public_html/wp-content/themes/medcaline/elementor/templates/widgets/cms_newsletter/layout1.php:28
It’s not a big deal, I just used my backup to return to 6.9.3 and my site worked again, I don’t need to upgrade right now but I’m just letting you know so that you can fix it for your next release.

Hello, did you buy the theme and try? I think not delete but the layout will not same our demo in some where because your old content data. An other way you can import at other site and export a home page then import that export file to your site you want.

Hello Bro, The Problem is fixed, It’s come from the newsletter Plugin update today , they remove a function we are using. P/S: I advise you to keep your website stable, you should turn off auto update plugin, you should update every month because when there is any change we need time to update theme or plugin core for your customers. Hello there, About Elementor Edit keep loading when you go edit page by Elementor please configure the server follow theme document tab Server Requirement. PS: if you update WordPress or Redux frame work, please delete the Liquid Custom Builder current version first, then go Appearance > Install Plugins > click to tab To Install to install Liquid Custom Builder latest version!
